First the good...staff was sharp and helpful; location is convenient to Denver, Golden, Red Rocks, etc.
The bad...the room is a little dirty (not horrible, but less than great and house keeping was inconsistent, forgetting a couple towels, removed toilet paper and didn't replace); the elevators are unbearable (consistently wait 4-6 minutes and then they are always packed for obvious reasons plus the stairs are marked as "staff only"); room was oddly noisy- between AC and anytime you flushed the toilet it ran for a few minutes; the shower was like a fire hose and the towels are threadbare.
Needless to say, we won't stay again

I have been here for 10 days. My AC has broken 5 times. The front desk was non-responsive to my complaints until I asked to speak to a manager. Only then, after the 5th time did Sheraton staff suggest moving me to another room. AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

The Sheraton Omaha West's staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless. Hotel restaurant had great food! Will stay again!

Stayed here for one night since we had an early flight from Denver airport the next morning and didn't want to drive from Breckenridge to catch a plane. Really nice place to stay; in fact wish we were there longer! Walking distance to several restaurants which was a bonus.

The hotel staff was excellent. They were available to assist me with questions that I had regarding transportation, and the amenditites that the hotel had to offer. Customer Services was excellent and I look forward to staying here again in future visit.

The room was great; the desk staff very helpful. That's the good.
When I returned to the hotel at 3 p.m. one day, my room had not been made up. I called the desk and told them.When I returned again at 10:30 p.m. it was still not made-up. The manager was very responsive in offering me a discounted rate to compensate.
The housekeeping staff continued to perform badly. I forgot an electric toothbrush in the bathroom. Although I left 3 messages, I was unable to reach anyone in house-keeping. The evening desk clerk suggested I call in the morning and ask the desk to radio them. They did so and the answer was that they had not found anything. I definitely left I there. I have no idea why they did not find it, as it was on the bathroom counter.
my second comoplaint has to do with the food: the breakfast buffet food was cold and did not contain what the menu promised.

This hotel met all the criteria for comfort, cleanliness & being very helpful answering all questions. It was great to have the science conference there with no further driving around. The continental breakfast & snacks were very good as well. I was pleased to have so many choices of restaurants & eateries near by.
