Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice location I have stayed at this property on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. Here are some suggestions a) improve the sometime dingy smell in the hallways. b) despite being an spg member I did not get a good room location because I didn't check in till 10pm. In my opinion, time of check in shouldn't matter, a better location could have been held. c) although staff is always helpful, during peak activity with Korean air personnel service at the front desk can be a little slow. I do however like that you have created their own Wi-Fi server, now perhaps, their own dedicated front desk person? October 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I loved my stay I enjoyed my entire stay at this property. It was well kept up and the facilities were great. The only issue i had that in the club lounge there was no diet soda for most of my stay. THey said a shipment was missed but nothing seem to get fixed. One of the night club room associates was able to go downstairs and get us some soda. That is great customer service even if the hotel was not fixing the issue. November 17, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by The Facility is Very Tired and Needs a Refresh The staff was very helpful, but the facility is old and tired. The air conditioning was marginal at best. Maintenance tried to make the room colder, but we could not tell the difference. The key card system was awful. We replaced our keys about 6 times in 2 days. I knew it was going to be a problem when we were advised to keep keycards away from credit cards and cell phones -- I have not heard that in a hotel in about 10 years. An airline captain that stayed there often says the keycard system is always bad! The point-of-sale system would not allow us to split a meal total equally across the three rooms of the families having dinner. The facility badly needs a total refresh. November 10, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not a good performance 3 keys demagnatized, 1 in under 12 hours and they were always seperated from my phone. tv server went out around 11pm as I was watching evening news and did not come back after 15 min so I turned it off. Bathroom sink had a slow draining clog. October 18, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Stuffy We stay there every couple of months. Last Saturday 10/25 we checked in and found the room on the 7th floor very warm and muggy. We returned at night to find the same conditions. The HVAC system was not performing well due to the mild weather. The lobby was cool but 7th floor was very uncomfortable and made sleeping unpleasant. The staff could not do anything to remedy the situation. October 27, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice hotel The hotel was very nice and comfortable. However, the temperature in the room was much warmer than I prefer and the thermostat was turned down all the way. I had to open the window (the tiny bit it would open) in order to get some cool air in the room. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. October 24, 2014
