My friends and I stayed there this past weekend for a wedding. One of the out of town guests needed to take a cab to get some necessities she had forgotten. What she was told would be a short, low fare cab ride turned into a long, expensive nightmare of a joy ride. We talked to front desk guest representative, Gigi and she was absolutely fantastic! I worked the FD at a hotel for 5 years, and I couldn't have handled the situation better myself. Not only did she get a hold of the cab company after they neglected to call me back, she refunded my friend's cab fare too. She was also very kind and accommodating while we explained our situation. This is the kind of customer service that earns hotels guest loyalty. Thank you again Gigi!!!

I am checking in Wed afternoon only to find out that my reservation was for Thursday afternoon. I swore my reservation was for Wed, I got online to confirm I was accurate only to find out that I had made the mistake. Steve the manager on duty was already checking to fit me in somewhere. Hotel was full, no rooms. I heard Steve on the phone checking other hotels in the area, Ms. Chen came out and she immediately started making calls. They found a hotel for one night near by. Solved my problem. I checked in on Thursday early and upgraded my room. Awesome!! The room was wonderful, my meetings in the hotel went great, the food was great and my week was a success. Thank you Steve and Ms. Chen. A job well done.

My organization does a lot of business with this hotel site and i travel here from California(usually on al overnighter from souther ca) frequently.The last 3 times i have arrivered early 5 am, the clerk cant find my reservation.This time he fumbled around for some time,then was rude-asked if i knew i would be charged an extra night for arriving at 5 am!!This level of service is unacceeptable to me!!

My wife and I have decided that when we travel we are only staying at the Sheraton. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most costly. Always nice and always in a safe area.

I stayed on the club floor and really liked my room, good temperature, bright and sunny and hot water for shower. Good selection of appetizers and snacks in the club lounge in the evening and breakfast included hot selections. The woman working the club was very helpful and personable. Nice sized workout room, also good temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First time being in Chicago so staff gave us alot of great advice etc... Breakfast was great and I totally recommend everyone to book on the club floor. Dawn in the club lounge is the most amazing, wonderful, helpful lady. So nice that she made us feel like home and made my daughter feel special everyday. We would definetly stay her again.

This is a very nice hotel - probably the second-nicest I've ever stayed in. The facilities were clean and fresh with an up to date appearance.
BUT... What's up with the $10 charge for wifi? And no free breakfast included? I can get these features at every other lower-rate hotel I stay at. I got free wifi at the awful budget motel I was at a week ago and I'm expected to pay $10 a day at this nice hotel? Cheap, cheap, cheap! Would likely not stay here again, given the price of the room and the lack of these perks.

In accordance with my usual plan, I prepaid the room at Sheraton-Elk Grove Village online, and then checked in, only to discover that the location had adopted a new debit card policy. This did not affect me this visit, but I assume that the property has had some issues with debit card customers and so they have had to adopt this policy for their own protection. In my case, I was quite pleased that I was not charged anything extra and that Sheraton has continued to exceed my expectations with comfort, service and quiet so that I can study and organize myself for my business meetings in Chicago.
