All good but one BIG surprise - we arrived from the airport for a 10 hour 'airline connection' with 5 pieces of luggage. The shuttle pickup service was quite slow and SURPRISE, there was no concierge service to help us move our bags off the curb and to our room. It's quite a big hotel - help with luggage should be standard service.
The (grey haired) night porter did it all - picked up luggage at 3 am from our room and drove the shuttle to the airport (excellent!).

I stay with your hotel on a regular basis. I have always been happy with the room in past. I this stay I was located across from the elevator on the 2nd floor. This is also near the pool entrance. I was very unhappy with the noise level I encountered on my stay.

I haven't stayed at this property for a couple of years and was pleased with the upgrades especially the new Fitness room. Staff is very friendly and the property is well maintained. It would have been nice to have been offered an upgraded room or a better location based upon Gold status but I was told the property was sold out. This seems to be a recurring theme at SPG properties which is a little disappointing.

This hotel is a great example of how an SPG property should be run. From the prompt, courteous service at the front desk to the cleanliness and comfort of the guest rooms and their excellent club lounge. You just can't go wrong with this hotel...

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and it's consistently very good. It's a rare full service Sheraton that does not charge for parking. The Club Lounge could have better vegetarian fare, but this is a minor quibble for an otherwise excellent hotel with very good amenities
