Our service at check in was very very slow----also Never was told when check out was or when breakfast was???? Hotel was nice---room was alittle dirty---

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maggie Exquisite comfort with best in-room coffee
I stayed for one night. The suite was clean, great floor plan, quiet and super comfortable bed.
I really appreciate the crisp white duvet cover, sheets and pillows. So much cleaner than a hotel that uses bedspreads that are rarely if ever laundered.
The Starbucks coffee was superb.
The only negative is there was no free wireless internet service. I was only staying for one night so this was not a deal breaker.

Excellent for business travelers. Great Club Room but needs to have berr/wine in the club.

I appreciate the wonderful service I recieved from my week long stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived to my check out day the hotel made sure my visit was comfortable and enjoyable!

We decided late to attend a conference for the Ohio Teachers Association, therefor the only discount we could get was AAA. It was disappointing for one teacher to have to sleep on the sofa bed. But the up charge was $30 more for 2 beds, Thought that was a little much.
