We were originally booked into another well known chain hotel fof a girls Getaway with five of my adult granddaughters.
The suite was not in good condition or stocked so we found Sheraton Hotel at the last minute.
From the time we arrived, we were treated with special care. Because it was late extra towels, shampoo, and coffee was brought up by the front desk staff for our party of six.
The girls enjoyed the beautiful indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room.
In the morning we enjoyed sitting by the outside pool.
Very good service, clean, and excellent facilities.

If you are staying in Columbus you can't go wrong here. Staff and rooms were excellent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by TexSun Front desk staff is unfriendly, and this hotel needs to be upgraded
We stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions for vacation and had 2 rooms each time. When my wife checked in for our first stay, the front desk clerk, Regina D. Williams, was rude, curt and unfriendly. She also was unprofessional, making noise while eating a piece of candy or mint. The rooms and hotel are aged and need to be updated. The bathroom door in one room was off its sliding track, so it was very noisy when opening and closing, and the doors to the hallway were also noisy. This hotel did not live up to what I expect from Starwood properties.

The location is very good with proximity to 270. The room was comfortable except for the pull out couch. My son and his girlfriend ended up sleeping on the floor the second night because the mattress was so terrible. I updated my room to a suite for more room and when I went to my parents regular room it was the same, yet mine cost $30 more a night. Overall for what we needed it worked.

Couldnt see when entering. the main lamp was busted.
the curtain rod was missing on one side of the the curtain.
tried to upgrade the room before i got into this particular room, with a phone call the night before, denied. tried to upgrade once i got to initial check in, they told me that was only available for my first night (3 total on my stay)
seecond day, room key went dead.
waited at front counter for 10 minutes before anyone was available to help the other people trying to just check out. unbelievable

People in the next room was smoking and all the smell came into my room. It was around 2:00 am in the morning. I called to front office to change my room. Front desk person was so rude, instead of listening my concerns he was keep saying the same thing. I asked him to bring some odor eliminator, he said he will bring it. I waited for him until 3:00 am and no one showed up. Facility is OK , rude staff ruin everything.
