Upon checking in I requested a room with 2 beds I was told I needed to pay more, I asked for updgrade and they told me being on the 6th floor is an upgrade. I wonder what will the regular room be ( in the basement?). I know the hotel have some suites and i was not told they were not available to upgrade.

I liked everything about the hotel except for the loud whistleing sound that I heard from my room. I was on the 8th floor and there was a continuos whistling sound going on the whole time I was there. I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel next time as this was louid enough to distrub my sleep.

We stayed three nights for a softball tournament. The hotel staff was wonderful and easy going. Very tolerant of all the you children/teenagers running rampant.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
We had an excellent time and can't wait to come back next year.

We loved the size and comfort of the rooms. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here in the future.

your staff was outstanding...helpfull and most important ...understanding. not only did they meet my needs they exceeded them ..from something as simple as asking me if I need directions all the way to knowing my name when i came back each night..thank you for your staff they area a gift to all of us

The internet speed is too slow! My trip is business related, the WiFi speed is soo bad and hardly get any work done. Especially at the lobby I needed to print out boarding pass, it took me more than 20 min to log in the hotel desktop and get it done. Worst internet speed I ever encountered in any hotel!!!

This hotel has the worst WiFi internet I have ever encounted. It''s extremely slow and frequently drops off on my iPad. The wired internet is the same, terrible! Even print out the boading pass will take you 10-15 min!
Additionally, the breakfast service is bad. Not the level you expect from a Sheraton!

It is also good for pets although I was not as happy seeing the dogs parade through the lobby as I was seeing people. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Expocenter2013 Room was so spacious and comfortable.
We stayed two nights in a suite on the top floor. It was so quiet, the bed was really comfortable, the rooms were very clean and stocked with everything we needed.
We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and the hot tub in the evening. Staff was very accomodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable with great bed as you would expect from Sheraton. Carpet needs replaced by didn't affect our positive view of the hotel. Only drawback: no club room. They say it's coming.
Service at breakfast buffet was substandard.
Location was perfect for our traveling needs.

I changed my reservation to take advaintage of one free night. We were booked on the club floor and should have had clud access. The staff and manager did not have the same updated information
Could not get the right vouchers for paid breakfasts. took four different staff to get right voucher.

White towels with spots, a staff that didn't offer to help a visibly pregnant (7 months) women with her bags, and just an overall rundown look and feel (often I would see signs that came detached from the wall and lay on the floor).

Bartender needs to stay behind the bar. We tried on several evening occasions and he was no where to be found. We gave up and went elsewhere. Also, the floor lamp switch did not work. Room should be checked prior to the guest arriving. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was OK. However I paid far too much for what should have been a free breakfast. We'll be making a return trip to Columbus for a football game against the Buckeyes in 2017, and I'm going to have to find a hotel that will feed me in the morning like most hotels out there do for free.

The stay was good. Breakfast was a let down. When I got home I realized that they had billed my card for the entire amount of the room. It was booked under a company card and when they ran my card for the damage security it cancelled the company card and billed my personal account.

This hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Parking was available and access was good.
There could have been more restaurant availability in the hotel, but the morning and evening availability was generally adequate and there were numerous other restaurants in the general area.

We decided late to attend a conference for the Ohio Teachers Association, therefor the only discount we could get was AAA. It was disappointing for one teacher to have to sleep on the sofa bed. But the up charge was $30 more for 2 beds, Thought that was a little much.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area. I love the location of the hotel and the wide variety of stores nearby. The hotel staff is always very helpful when you need directions or just to know what type of restaurants are nearby.

I asked for electronic receipt for > 3 times. But my request was simply not honored. Besides, I was overcharged for something. I was told I needed to call the manager. It's slightly disappointing that a business traveler needs to take my time to correct somebody else mistake.

This is he third time this year we have stayed here and it is the fifth year we have come to this hotel. So far this year the tv has not worked properly the last 3 visits. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our reservation was lost although they did find s a room.

The staff at this hotel is excellent particularly Munder in the dining room and Alex at the front desk. Both are exemplary employees and make me important at the hotel. The remodel of the gym and club lounge are great. The club lounge in particular makes a huge difference.

Great staff, hotel was very clean both inside and out, didn't understand why you don't have wi fi, and really didn't understand the debit card policy. It was easy access from the road and many great places near by. Loved the workout facility and pools.

Facility was clean, We had a suite with a king bed- as a whole it was a small suite but still quite nice. breakfast was better than average. proximity to the 270 beltway, shopping, and family was great.
Did have an ugly insect crawling on nightstand (not cockroach though)

I do want everyone to know that there was many guest that were teen baseball plalyers staying there for a game they had the next day. They were everywhere. But whenever I needed anything the front desk treated me like I was the only guest there.

Our family had a great stay here on Thanksgivng 2012! Staff was very friendly and anything we needed was taken care of immediately, with a smile. Rooms were immaculate as was the entire hotel in general. I gladly recommend this hotel to anyone for business or family!

Really enjoyed this hotel for the price. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. However, I left my phone charger by accident and called immediately. They said they did not see it nor had it been turned in. They didn't even take the time to check for it. Disappointing!

Our stay at the Sheraton Suites was a very good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly no matter what time day or night. I would highly recommend this place to any one that is looking for a nice relaxing home away from home. We definitely will be back!!

Good points redemption. My wife and I have to go to Columbus quite often. Good location, near Polaris and I-270. Comfortable bed. Walls can seem a bit thin at times. Elevator had major issues when we were there this past stay and we eventually were directed to use the Staff Elevator. The pool was decent and the jacuzzi is nice. The gym is decent as well. However, the restaurant has a lot to be desired. Breakfast is around $15.00 pp (after tax) and consists of a very small buffet which contains warm to room temperature choices. Scrambled eggs with cheese mixed in, some stale potatoes, dried out sausage links, and some scattered muffins and oatmeal. There were some bread choices for the toaster and some small cereal boxes. Honestly, if we hadn't picked the "FREE" breakfast option we would have NEVER ate there. Food is terrible. Even being free to us, Bob Evans down the road would have been a much better choice. Wasn't worth the extra 1000 points for the free breakfast. I cannot say enough about how disappointing the food was...

This hotel was very clean and friendly. When we had a problem with the AC, it was addressed immediately. The suite we were given had a nice view and very roomy. We were amazed by the seating areas. The local resturants were very nice also. We would come again

Good lay out, but very outdated. sofa bed, carpet and pillows were dusty and old! I vacuumed entire room, still it was dusty and smelly. Need new carpet and sofa bed badly.
