Back, when the economy was better, I would come to Charlotte a few times a year for pleasure. I had stayed at a few hotels before discovering the Airport Sheraton. A very clean hotel where you have the opportunity to sleep in the most comfortable bedding in the industry. Whenever I am in Charlotte, I stay at the Airport Sheraton.

I have stayed at this hotel Monday-Thursday for the past 2+ years and cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. The front desk staff is so attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable. The same goes for the lounge staff and housekeeping - they're wonderful. If you are a business traveler and your work location is outside of 'Uptown' itself, I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel just began renovations on the rooms so I'm sure they'll be even better when those are complete!

We only stayed one night but wish we had the time to stay longer. Hotel is beautiful, the room was beautiful and the beds slept wonderful..... guess my word for the hotel is WONDERFUL..... would recommen highly.

All of your staff members are very friendly. I would like to recognize Rena Crawford in the club lounge. She is very personable and attentive to your needs while she is working in the lounge. This week, I overheard her conversation with another guest in the lounge at breakfast. She remembered a comment the guest had made the night before and she engaged in a conversation with him during his breakfast. I also must recognize your front desk staff . Lupita Hall , Sabrina Mills and Saysi Morales do an excellent job. I really feel at home when I walk in the front door. They always ask me how my day was going. Many times they ask about my wife and where I am going next . They always thank me for being a Platinum member.

Although extremely short, my stay was filled with several minor issues. For example, the club lounge had no breakfast and no water (two things I have grown accustomed to in my travels with SPG.)
Additionally, I was told I would receive a different room type than what I was placed in (there was an odd smell in this room too.) I reached out to the management who was quick to correct these problems.

The evening hors devours were not good. Only had veggie and cheese tray, stuffed mushrooms and cookies. Breakfast only had cereal, danish, and biscuit and gravy. There were no other alternatives if you didn't like what was there. I would rather go to another hotel for this reason.

This was my first stay - very unassuming outside, but lovely and comfortable inside. Room quiet, bed and linens very comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly. Lobby and restaurant lovely for informal meetings. Nice menu, food good. Pool goes from outside to inside lobby, very unique. Water for beauty on the opposite end of lobby.

We were visiting family and didn't spend much time at the hotel except to sleep. However, the room was kept very clean the whole five days, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had one dinner and one breakfast; both were very good.

At check-in, I was recognized as a Gold member, even though I am a Platinum member. The front desk agent had to refresh the system for the Platinum to show up. She was great and very helpful.

The room that I was given was a handicap accessible room. The bathroom had tape holding pieces together under the sink. The rooms wallpaper and walls looked buckled in several different placed at the bottom of the walls. They gave me another room that was handicap accessible. When I asked for one that was not handicap accessible, I was told there were no more traditional king rooms but if I paid an additional $30 a night then they could give me one on a different floor level. The second room also had tape hold pieces together under the sink. The description of this hotel stated it had gone through a multi million dollar up grade, but the room that I was presented with must have not been included. As an SPG member, I would think that accommodation should have been made with moving me to a room that meet the standards of a Sheraton hotel. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else.

The room had dirty carpeting. The window in our room overlooking the lobby was dirty. The lighting in the room was dark. Staff-overall was not friendly. You had to make them speak or just say "hello" with a smile. It was ridiculous. The breakfast buffet food tasted like a college cafeteria and not a restaurant.

As a SPG Member, I expect the best of customer service from an outstanding hotel chain such as Sheraton. On my previous stay, I had forgotten my phone charger at my room. I contacted the front desk and then talk to the Housekeeping Supervisor who redirected me to Ms Rosabell Del Moran. I was concern since I rely heavily on my phone to conduct business. They were not able to find my phone charger in my room, but Ms. Rosabell was able to replace the charger and by doing that reminded me that customer service at the Sheraton met the highest level of satisfaction.
Thank you Ms, Del Moral for all your kind help as well as all your staff.

The IRECA annually books conferences around the nation. The Sheraton Airport was able to handle our group for the whole week. Keeping 235 members comfortable for a whole week is a large feet. The Sheraton was able to provide all the needs of our participants.
Thank you for a job well done.... The IRECA will come back to Charlotte, NC because of the great hospitality shown .

The clerk sent us to the wrong room number...3 times. At 4 AM I was awakened by a man pounding on the room door next to my room. Called the front desk to report the disturbance, NOBODY answered. I used points to pay for my room and later found out that the hotel had charged me $50 for incidentals....and there weren't any. I'm changing hotel chains

Nice hotel in a very good location near the airport. The staff was friendly. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. The room décor was outdated and in need of an update. My room smelled musty and the carpet even felt a little damp. The sheets, pillows, and comforter were all very comfortable.

There were many people in our group, therefore, my expectations for customer service was high. I was sadly dissapointed at the unresponsiveness of the hotel staff. The hotel was appealing on the exterior and the lobby area, but, much to be desired in the hallways and rooms.
