From the folks at the Front Desk to the men doing conference room set up, everyone was extremely friendly and always asked if I needed anything. It made the two-day conference I attended at the hotel much nicer and enjoyable.

The title says it all. This hotel is old and tired. The rooms stink, there are large stains on the carpets and the staff ignores your Starwood status. A simple "thank you for being a loyal Starwood Gold member" would have been nice.

Their staff knows how to give good directions!
(A previous hotel gave us 3 incorrect directions to their hotel several nights before--my navigation app wasn't working).
The staff was welcoming and very efficient, as well as friendly.

Really satisfied and impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality provided by this group - starting with the front desk and reaching out to all other support staff. They really make me feel like family every time I stay.

The overall room decor was fine, however there was a moldy, damp smell in our room the entire stay. Another guest mentioned the smell as well. It really took away from the comfort of the room because the smell was so strong.

We had broken cabinet drawers in the room, vomit by the buffet during breakfast that house keeping refused to clean, people pulling the fire alarm in the middle of the night, and only one luggage cart in the entire place!

Very nice room, refrigerator did not come in the room but they delivered one when requested, no extra charge. We stayed for 3 nights and just wanted to unwind, mission accomplished!
Hot tub was closed was only downer.

The room had a few key issues:
1) Bed spring was so shot that it poked through the side of the bed and scratched my leg
2) Carpet had many stains
3) Room had moldy smell and evident water damage (wavy wall) near door

Recently stayed at Sheraton in Charlotte, NC everything was great but i did notice the carpet in our room needed to be upgraded, it was worn and ripped at the entrance to the room, other than that we had a great trip.

Found out they have a "park and fly" program where we left our car at Sheraton for a small fee. This worked out good for us and less expensive than the long term parking. This is a comfortable hotel near the airport.

I have visited this particular hotel many times over 20+ years and it never ceases to amaze me. The facilities, the rooms, food and staff always exceed my expectations. I will be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

The hotel is great spot for meetings, as the rooms are close to the banquet rooms or meeting rooms. The lunch buffet was excellent and the staff very helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Whenever I'm even remotely close to Charlotte I go out of my way and reroute my travels to stay at this facility. The staff is always responsive to your needs and always treat you as family, not just a traveler.

This hotel was fair, the front office, and entire staffs were for the most part, very helpful when help is requested. although, there was one lady Lopa (spelling) that was very hostile in her approach.

Staff at Check-in and throughout stay were very courteous, professional and helpful. Room was clean and beds were wonderfully comfortable. My only criticism was that the pool did not look very clean.

For a hotel that is close to the airport, 45 minute waiting time after calling hotel before being picked up at the terminal is way too long. Maximum wait time for airport hotel should be 15 minutes.

We had a layover in Charlotte. Chris shuttled us to the hotel from the airport and also moved our bags to our room after Lindsay checked us in and set up a wake up call. Service extraordinaire!!!!!!

We traveled during a big race weekend to Charlotte. We always have trouble finding decent rooms with low rates, but were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Will definitely use again.

The Sheraton Charlotte Airport staff are fantastic. From the airport pick up to the drop off and every interaction in between, the friendly and courteous staff made my stay delightful.

The hotel was great in meeting my needs of comfort, accessibility to my activities, and cleanliness. The only issues I have is there is not free WiFi or a small fridge in the room.

Came to this hotel for a conference. Nice accommodations for a conference. Good service and friendly staff.
Would have liked a fridge in room to keep my water or drinks cool.
