Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful hotel , but experience spoiled by one person Beginning with being picked up from the airport and continuing with check in , every thing was wonderful. then on Friday evening, one person on the front desk was not very. Nice. I was very upset with the person and the same person on Saturday afternoon. when I asked for a late check out she was not as nice as I think she should have been. her demeanor was sour. I was very disappointed because all other dealing with the front desk had been so pleasant . This is the first time in awhile I have stayed at a this hotel and I am looking for another hotel to stay because I no longer will be staying at another competitors. I am hoping it will yours November 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs improvement Guest room was shabby.- curtain torn, lampshade cracked. Toilet clogged. Don't think the heat/cool was working- room was very stuffy. Was in room 813. Walls thin and heard everything in hall and next room. Emailed the wrong receipt- got someone else's receipt. Talk about privacy issues. I am spg member and expect MUCH better. Stay here because of ability to park and take van to airport, November 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Only Stayed One Night, BUT We only stayed one night but wish we had the time to stay longer. Hotel is beautiful, the room was beautiful and the beds slept wonderful..... guess my word for the hotel is WONDERFUL..... would recommen highly. September 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience for Weekly Business Stays (2+ Years) I have stayed at this hotel Monday-Thursday for the past 2+ years and cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. The front desk staff is so attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable. The same goes for the lounge staff and housekeeping - they're wonderful. If you are a business traveler and your work location is outside of 'Uptown' itself, I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel just began renovations on the rooms so I'm sure they'll be even better when those are complete! September 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sleep Deprived & Very Disappointed Beautiful lobby, bar, indoor pool, & conference rooms, but I stay at a hotel to sleep. Should’ve spent some of the very aesthetically pleasing lobby & indoor pool money on insulation for the inside walls between the guest rooms & outside walls from the traffic. And if check in time is at 3p, why wasn’t my $$$$ room ready? I spent the night before a seminar at this hotel. Arrived at 9:30 pm for check in after a 4 hr drive & working all day. Had to wait 20 mins because my “club level” room wasn’t ready. They gave me a complimentary beverage at their very nice bar. The room decor & layout was okay, but Manhattan priced. Got to sleep at midnight, but was awoken at 4:15 am to a TV blaring in the adjoining room. Called the desk to complain. 40 mins later the TV was turned down, but I couldn’t to back to sleep & had to get up at 7 for an all day conference & a 4 hr drive home. There wasn’t a manager to take my complaint. It was a Saturday, but I guess managers are off on the weekends? Anyway, if I had more time I'd talk about the traffic noise from the interstate. Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Service When we arrived, all rooms which were available were blocked. The front desk had allowed 12 people to check in without putting it in the computer. It took 70 minutes to check in our group. There were 2 drunks in the lobby who were bothering the desk clerk. I asked her to be confidential about our room number and she announced it where all could hear. She was on the phone for 20 minutes in the back trying to get someone to help her. In the meantime these 2 drunks were harassing her and us. This place needed a bouncer. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot who weren't guests at the hotel. May 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly professional staff All of your staff members are very friendly. I would like to recognize Rena Crawford in the club lounge. She is very personable and attentive to your needs while she is working in the lounge. This week, I overheard her conversation with another guest in the lounge at breakfast. She remembered a comment the guest had made the night before and she engaged in a conversation with him during his breakfast. I also must recognize your front desk staff . Lupita Hall , Sabrina Mills and Saysi Morales do an excellent job. I really feel at home when I walk in the front door. They always ask me how my day was going. Many times they ask about my wife and where I am going next . They always thank me for being a Platinum member. Regards Jerrysq September 11, 2014
