Staff has always been accommodating and more than willing to assist with any request. I've always been recognized as an SPG member and treated as such. Love the location and the treatment.

First off, the desk personnel that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. An ice cream sundae was advertised as the special dessert on the restaurant menu but they were out of vanilla ice cream at 7:00 on Saturday night. Food delivery was extremely slow while we were the only ones dining. We reported that the hallway by the ice machine was sopping wet at 9:00 pm and the next morning it was still sopping wet with no warning signs. Not our best hotel stay.

Love this hotel! The staff is exemplary to none! Amanda and Kevin go above and beyond every single time!! Makes the visit here a special one. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Keep up the good work!

I booked a stay for 5 nights and the AC in my room did not work, on the last night I came back to my room and paint fumes about killed me so I asked to be moved, the room I moved to AC did work and even cooled down in a short time, so the staff who had been telling me the AC in 609 was working fine was not. AC in 606 works fine but the AC in 609 doesn't. Also on the 2nd day when I came back I found that the maid had not changed my sheets or the towels. the TV in room 607 doesn't work either in the bedroom as my friend stayed in that room. I recommend a remodel for these rooms and more indepth look at the AC units in the rooms.

Most of the staff is kind, courteous, and helpful, whereas others did not seem to have the time to assist. The staff handling our meeting room set-up, and food were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. On the down-side, our meeting room chairs were dirty and stained, the floor had crumbs on it from a previous meeting the day before. There were A/C issues that took a very long time to get resolved, mainly due to not being able to contact the hotel engineers.
The room I stayed in was dirty, tables still had residue left behind from a previous guest. The carpet was not clean, nor was the shower. I could see dust build up in the corners of the room and the closet as well.
I enjoy Sheraton Hotels and have never had a negative thing to say except for this one time. I truly believe that most of the staff at the Sheraton has the customer's best interest at heart. Every issue our group needed resolved was done timely and courteously.

This hotel has so much going for it...right in the middle of a great shopping district and backed up by Starwood. However, the hotel misfired in terms of service and responsiveness. For example, the printers in both the lobby and club level were out of service and for some reason, the upper floors had no electricity for over 2 hours in the middle of the night. The phone rang "forever" when we called to find out what happened. It was an uncomfortable night to say the least. We need a problem solver here in this property.
