We'd heard very good things about the hotel, but were disappointed with the facility and especially the housekeeping management. The hotel was very busy - the excuse that was offered by management, not an apology, for the fact that housekeeping didn't show up until 5:30 pm on Saturday to clean the room. We took a pass at that point. Seemed to me that the planning by management was poor; blaming housekeeping staff for being too crowded struck us a poor form. We also asked for a hair dryer - it was supposed to have been in the room - and it arrived well after we had left the room.

Great location, fantastic staff. In desperate need of renovation. First room i got put in had such worn and stained carpet, that black actualy rubbed off on my hands when touching dirty spots on the carpet. Staff was great to move me to a better room, but even then, the furniture ( tables and couch) are worn, stained - and was on par for something that you would purchase at Goodwill. For $200 + /night, completely unacceptable.

Came in town for a wedding and stayed at this Sheraton. The location (walking distance to the Plaza) was perfect for filling in weekend downtime and made getting in/out easy for parking. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed (from the front desk lady to the lady who served breakfast in the club lounge). We were also upgraded to a suite because of my SPG status and the room was clean and cute with french doors. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

The staff members are friendly, especially the Sheraton Club Room personnel, both evening and morning. However be aware that they have one very noisy elevator motor that is bothersome at some 18th floor Club level guest rooms; I was moved to 16th floor and could still hear the noise, albeit diminished enough to sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 Amazing Staff and rooms
From the moment we checked in on Thurs we were greeted with smiles and courteous staff. Our room was upgraded and had even put a complimentary bottle of wine/tray of mini desserts in our room for our anniversary. It was set up beautifully. EVERY SINGLE DAY we were there every single member of the staff we met in hall or on elevator-anywhere they were smiling, asking if we were having a good time and if need anything. STAY HERE!

I live in the Kansas City area and a few girlfriends were going out for the night. We decided it would be best to stay in town. My stays at Sheraton have always been pleasant experiences. This was my first stay at this particular location. We stayed in a suite with double beds. It was perfect . We had friends over before we went out . I called the day of our stay and told them why we were comins; a friends birthday, and asked if there was anything they could do for us. That night a cheese and wine tray was brought up. Parking was also free for our visitors in the garage. Very nice and safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Georgiasdad treated like royalty
We were very pleased with the entirety of our stay. From the doorman to the front desk to our waitress in the restaurant, we were treated like valued friends. The room was super, with the only complaint being the sofabed, not much for an adult to sleep on.
The king bed was fabulous.
