When we first got to room we were able to get into our room right away! Yay! BUT there were issues such as dirty glasses and no water bottles and a used puff pad in the shower. After we reported all of the issues everything was smooth sailing for the rest of our 3 night stay. We were given free appetizer coupons and starwood points as an apology. We were very well taken care of. We have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again.

I can never thank the staff at the Sheraton Country Club Plaza Kansas City. The whole staff from housekeeping to the front desk and all three shifts were great. ( very professional) I cant remember all the people names. Laura Manager. Thank you for setting me up with a doctor for my ear infection. Rahn mantaince man. Dexter is club lounge, Tara bartender. The gentleman who is the Concierges pick great restaurants for me to take business guest to. I never had one hotel staff memeber that didn't go out of there way for me.
I stay in Hotel all over the world. I have stayed the past two years 300 nights on business. I have never felt more at home than Sheraton Country Club Plaza.

The Sheraton Suites is a great place to stay if you are looking to be at the Plaza in KC.

We recently had a group of rooms for the weekend and this hotel is one of the best in Kansas City. We had reservation issues of our own doing and staff member, Terri, was the best. She was of the utmost help had our reservations lined out in no time. Hats off to Terri for the providing the best service I've seen at a hotel of this size.

Stayed only one day for business, staff was extremely helpful providing information about local area restaurants. Even provided me with a map and referral coupons.

After numerous stays this place offers a great value for the location. For people looking to stay here... your $$$ and park across the street. For hotel staff...please look at replacing and or adding in the light plates above the shower. Looking at exposed light bulbs while showering is very frightening and something I have expressed directly to this property at least twice before however still has not been fixed.

The staff went above and beyond our expectations. We had a loved one who was a Patient at KU Medical Center in Kansas City and chose this Hotel to stay at since it had larger rooms and was close to the Medical Center. We had just sat down and ordered breakfast when we received an emergency phone call requesting us to report to the Hospital. The staff went ahead and cancelled our orders and waived the charge on the beverages that already had been served. Later that day our loved one passed away. We needed a place for family members to gather and the staff went above and beyond to make a conference room available to us at no charge. Later, when I returned to our room, a member of the Sheraton Team knocked on our door to deliver a sympathy card, bottle of wine, and a cheese & fruit tray. I felt they truly cared about us. We all have decided this is the place to stay and will be sure to make this our go to hotel when visiting Kansas City. Your staff is the best.

I have stayed here for business often and it is very consistent. Good club lounge and AM attendant, Bridgett was very accommodating. Staff here is really nice. They are extremely helpful
