I love this property, the staff is always plesant and very helpful. Of course I love the heavenly bed as well. Every year I come for a men's rally and this is where I stay.

I visit this property at least twice a month, staying on the club level floor. Often I find welcome notes in my room. The staff makes me feel very welcome.

The hospitality of the staff from the maintenance people to the front desk is simply outstanding. You cannot pass an employees without getting a smile and friendly greeting. Jannelle and Lindsay at the front desk never fail to be helpful in making your stay as pleasant as possible.

Upon entering the room I noticed a smell with a large piece of gum stuck to the carpet at the door entrance. The room wasnt clean with debris on the carpet in several places. Also the sink was dirty and with a musty smell in the room.
I called the front desk to request a move change and I was told the person who checked me in was in the back office as they were in the middle so a shift change!! I had to go back down stairs wait back in line to be told ' They Told me the Room Was Clean"! Terrible customer service to pass the buck and not address the customer with lugguage and bags at 11pm!
This Sheraton Hotel has been crossed off my list!! NOT HAPPY!

The parking situation is a little difficult if you arrive after 7pm, however that attests to the fact so many people like to stay here. Truthfully everything was excellent EXCEPT my check in. I paid for a King bed, and somehow they were "sold out" of those during my stay. However I book my travel for work purposes and always at least a month in advance. This was the only thing I was confused about, and I know the rooms don't cost the same; but as I had just traveled for 10 hours I was in no mood to argue, I simply wanted to go to bed.
The staff really was great, bar was nice. good food and everyone was smiling. No other complaints.

My husband and I had just gotten off a red eye flight and got to the hotel at 10:30 a.m. We were so tired! But I knew that check in was much later. I approached the desk and asked if there was a chance to check in early and they said, no problem. We were able to get the blessed rest we needed right away without having to wait around. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I'm always amazed at the great service. Everything was top rate from the room to the bar and restaurant. Never disappointed. We will definitely stay here again!

I have not been a "Ms" for many years and also worked many years to obtain my "Dr." title. It is on the credit card when I check in and would like to have it entered as such when I registered. I would l ike to be addressed by the correct title by the Front Desk. This would be more important for European guests who have a clear status definied on titles. Overall my stay was enjoyable, however, it was very frustrating to have limited choices with TV Channels. I like watching news channels and seeing ALL perspectives from political arguments. That there are 3 FOX Channels and CNN and no MSNBC was disconcerning. Also, the number of sports channels was disappointing.

Another GREAT stay at the Sheraton Airport Tempe. There are about a dozen other SPG properties in the Phoenix area, but we keep having great stays here, so we keep coming back. Everybody exceeded our expectations, once again. Excellent all around. From the restaurant lounge, to the pool/hottub, to the outdoor fire pit, to the fitness centre. It has all we are looking for in a stay. But what sets it apart for us is that it truly appears that each and every person (from the front desk, to airport shuttle staff, to the cleaning staff, and those working the club lounge) truly care about making your stay a good one. Thank you Sheraton Airport Tempe. We will see you again.

We always stay here before the start of a vacation. It is a great way to start. It is also nice that we can leave our car hear and be shuttled to the airport by the hotel. Thanks Sheraton.

There are plenty of hotels right next door that will offer FREE refrigerators and microwaves. I was denied even being able to pay for a fridge due to lack of inventory. Paid $120 night where my smart friends enjoyed a fridge, and microwave for half the price. Should you visit the restaurant, I hope you will not have the terrible service we had. If you see a crowd, don't even bother. They only have so many plates... I'll leave it at that...

We have been staying at the Sheraton Phoenix Airport every spring for the last several years and hope to continue this tradition. It has been an excellent location to stay while we watch baseball. The staff works hard to care for our needs. Antonio in the the Fire + Spice Lounge provided exceptional service. Ester and Gloria in the club lounge worked very hard and were a joy to be around. I visited with the Chef "John" I believe and enjoyed his input. The pool area really added to our enjoyment. This and much more makes the Sheraton Phoenix our hotel of choice when we visit Phoenix for baseball.

I chose this hotel for the club level so my husband and I could start the day with breakfast, be comfortable and stay connected to his work. We had some difficult family matters that brought us to town and at the last minute we had to make some reservation changes. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. We had some late nights before we could have dinner together and found the Fire and Spice restaurant to be delicious and convenient. Alright, surprisingly delicious.
Parking wasn't a problem after we realized our room was close to the elevator and the back door. This location has great access to many parts of the valley by freeway or city streets, This is my go-to Sheraton in Tempe Arizona.

Upon arriving at this hotel I must admit my first impression was disappointing - the hotel is older and the room decor and furnishing reflects this. But there are many redeeming features - the Fire + Spice Bar and Grill serves EXCELLENT food; the pool area is very comfortable and provides both shade and sun; the location of the Hotel is close to the airport with shuttle service provided; the Starwood Lounge on the 4th floor is comfortable providing good food and service; and the staff in the hotel are bar are very accommodating and friendly. Overall the stay proved to be very comfortable.

Walked into 2 moldy smelly rooms. Had to get reassigned rooms. Still mildly smelly room I accepted since it was very late and I had to wake up early. Rugs in ll 3 rooms were totally awful. The shower head in the room I stayed had black moldy things on It. I asked them to bleach it out after my shower the next morning. Upon checkin I was told that I have to call a 800 number everyday so hat the ISP could ask mr questions about my computer to activate my connection. and was then given a wrong number (honest mistake) but imagine my frustration after the room debacle. Everything about his hotel was very " unmaintained". SPG please inspect this hotel and clean up this one. It is a shame on your brand.

Overall, the hotel was clean. I was frustrated that a refrigerator and microwave cost extra each day to have in room as these are normally basic amenities in hotels these days. I also had significant housekeeping issues during my stay. My room was left untouched more than once, despite calling before 8am and specifically requesting that the room be cleaned one day. Also had trouble having toiletry/towels replaced. The Fire & Spice restaurant wait staff was awful. Food was usually late, some orders were messed up, beverages couldn't be refilled without a significant wait, servers would disappear. That being said, Kyle provided top level service and I would highly recommend dining during his shifts.

I stayed at this Sheraton a few years back and recall being impressed with the level of service received, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. This visit was completely different. I am a Gold SPG member and was not given a room on the preferred floor. I was less than thrilled and asked for a better room. I was given a room on the "Club Level" which included a few more amenities but the room was still tired and dingy. The upside is that the room was quiet. I will be traveling to Phoenix an average of once/month, and I will not return to this Starwood property.

I choose to stay at this property mainly because I am a Starwood Gold Member. One of the benefits has been free upgrades which include the Club Lounge. This was my 3rd stay at this property. I was told at checkin that the upgrade to the Club Lounge was no longer free. When I questioned them I was told their manager said they were losing a lot of money by offering the upgrade to Club Lounge for free. I challenged the benefits of being a Gold Member. He said he could give it to me, this one time. I enjoyed the stay however may not choose this property again due to the loss of benefits.

...and believe me, she's really picky about hotels. But the first time we stayed here--about six months ago--she said, "You know, I REALLY like this hotel." That unsolicited remark came as a complete surprise to me, since she usually only talks about the negatives of where we stay. Anyway, when another trip to Phoenix came up, I decided to book it again. And made my wife very happy. She liked it even better this time. She likes the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness, the restaurant, the location. She likes it all. And, as they say, "If momma is happy, then everybody is happy!"

I am normally very pleased with my Starwood hotel experiences. This visit did not meet expectations. Several things that could have been better: 1) Upon arrival I was given a room with two double beds when the request at the counter was for a King. 2) The television had to be fixed two times during my stay because the signal was not correctly coming through. 3) On day three of five the coffee maker stopped working. 4) The elevator was broken all week. I was on the third floor and made do fine but I could see that other guest were frustrated.
Good points... The gym was decent, and the pool was pleasant.
Things happen and these items individually are minor in nature.... Combined though it was disappointing.

We checked in and our reservation for the correct beds was wrong. The gentlemen that checked us in basically had a take it or leave it attitude. When we got in our rooms there was gum on the floor stuck in the carpet. My other co-workers room there was a kleenex stuffed in the peep hole and you could tell both bathrooms hadn't been cleaned entirely. We had arranged for a shuttle as this hotel was featured in our training manual. They were not happy they had to take us. We will not be staying at this hotel ever and have contacted our training center to not feature this hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its location and shuttle service to the airport. The lobby area is beautiful and the food is very good. Our reason for giving it an average rating is that the air conditioning in the room is very noisy. Every time it starts it makes a lot of noise therefore we could not get a good night sleep

As a frequent traveller, I usually get a sense of a hotel fairly immediately after walking through the doors. First they sent me twice to a room where my key wouldn't work, then I figured out it was because someone was already booked into that room! Back at the desk they informed me they would upgrade me to a King room due to my trouble...which would have been great except I had inquired about a King room upon my arrival and was informed all the King rooms were booked. Carpets were old and dirty, hotel needs a renovation.
Onsite restaurant was very good.

I used to stay at this hotel quite a bit over the past few years, but this will be my last stay. The past 2 stays have been very disappointing. The condition of the hotel continues to get worse. dirty stained carpets. peeling wall paper in the halls. showers do not drain. stoppers do not work in sinks. so sad to see this very convenient hotel go so far down hill.

We were a little disappointed in this Sheraton in that it was pretty worn looking. Carpets quite stained-tiles cracked in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness was not that good. The location was pretty convenient in that it was easy on and off the expressway but not many places close by such as places to eat, drug stores, etc. You had to get in the car and drive 2-3 miles. The staff was very nice-just not enough of them. Once I had to call the front desk 3 times to get anyone to answer. The in house rest.'s were pretty good and the outdoor fireplace was great.

I ordered room service.. First, there was not a room service menu in the room. Second, once I found a restaurant menu in the hallway, the food that arrived was nothing like what was described and barely edible.
When I asked about it, the comment was, we're changing our menu.
Second, when I received my bill under the door in the morning, it had a charge that wasn't mine. When I checked out and indicated this.. instead of just dealing with it, I waited as the staff person went back to find the receipts and look through them. I have never had this at another hotel.

The customer service at this Sheraton went above and beyond other Sheratons at which I've stayed. I felt very appreciated and makes the hotel feel more like a resort. I appreciated all the little details, such as q-tips in the bathroom.

The front desk staff at this hotel could be a bit more friendly. They acted like they were doing us a favor by checking us in. The heating and cooling system didn't work properly in the room and the morning we were leaving the toilet wasn't working either. Not to mention the dryer that was trying to dry out wet carpet on our floor. As a Gold member I would think they would upgrade us to another floor. Not sure why we are Gold members when we are treated like this.

The hotel location (close to the sky harbor international airport) is ideal. My room was very comfortable. Fitness center was great.
My only issue with the hotel was with their restaurant, I ordered navajo duck tacos, and my food was cold, so I told the waiter, he took my food away, so they could re-do my order, but same story, food was cold (corroborated by the waiter). So I ordered something else. The waiter took 20% off the bill, which it was a nice gesture after waiting for a long time waiting for a long time while my colleagues ate their dinner.
