The hotel is older in appearance but convenient re proximity to the airport. Parking is free. The Club Lounge attendant is very pleasant and attentive (need more like her in other Sheratons) and the appetizers good. Beer and wine can be purchased in the lounge for a minimal price.

Even though we made reservations several months in advance we have one of the worst locations in hotel. Our room view is a wall. The toilet doesn't even flush! The curtains won't open and the patio door is falling out of it's tracks. The hotel definitely needs some normal maintenance . On the positive side, the staff has been competent.

Traveled to the area to send a son off to school. My stay was for 6 nights. We had a great experience, I cant say enough about the staff. They are friendly, polite, helpful and thoughtful. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff they made us feel right at home. And the shuttle driver went out of his way to make sure we found the car rental location. The hotel is clean and quiet. Close to pretty much everything. I will be in the Phoenix area again and this will definitely be my place to stay.

Missed my connecting flight to SNA on Saturday, August 13th. AA put me up in another hotel but the line to get the only shuttle to that hotel was about 2 hours long. (They only had one small shuttle running & it only seated about 10ppl.) The Sheraton van stopped and I asked if the hotel had any availability - he called and they did so I hopped on. After checking in for the night, Orlando, the front desk gentleman, gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste, a shaver, some gel and was wonderful. He put me on the list for the shuttle back to the airport @ 6am. That morning he was still working the desk and again wonderful. My treatment at this Sheraton was much needed kindness after having spent all day waiting for a plane, only to have delay after delay, sitting on the tarmac for over an hour, waiting to get help in Phoenix for over two hours, waiting for the original hotel shuttle for over an hour. The shuttle gentleman and his dad were also amazing.

I have over 30 years dealing with customers, treating them fairly, I know good customer service is & can clearly see thru some who does not. This is PHOENIX and it's 110 outside! This hotel has decided to update the rooms without replacing the tired A/C units. When I told the front desk my wasn't cooling, her response was " A guest just checked out & never complained" ?? - Room was over 80 when I arrived, moved to another room where the A/C unit made so much noise I couldn't sleep. Elevator in-operative near my room, and executive lounge yep A/C broken too.
DO NOT STAY HERE EVER !!!

The club has been closed for weeks just because of a broken air conditioner. Why is it taking so long? The club is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel chain. Having food service in the restaurant doesn't cut it,

- Internet speed analyzed: bottom 2 percentile in US, likely more deficient than all Sheraton hotels
- Bathroom Amenities/Quality: cramped, toilet operation questionable, bottom 10 percentile Sheraton hotels
- Staff are friendly
Would strongly recommend seeking alternative Sheraton facilities even if priced 20-40% higher. Price not indicative of quality of stay (as required, no specific pricing data will be provided)
