Stay here often. Older hotel updated. Staff and club lounge make it a 5. I stay in Starwood all over the world. Best lounge and staff there is.

CPNMTN20. I used to live in Da An district , I used to go to Sheraton for breakfast Buffett I liked the location very much.that was the reason I started to book my stay with Sheraton. When I made my 3rd reservation months ago ,I called the hotel to remind them that I am allergic to odors and air freshness,and prefer a quiet room. After my long flights, late at nights, they first gave me a smaller room in the same executive price category. Therefor I requested them to give me the same larger size room like we had during our May stay . Then, they gave us a different room with mildew smell, I was too tired to change.the next morning we got woke up from the noise from the ceiling at 6:15 am,found out it was the noise from upstairs,people walking in the gym. The shift manager Mr. Huang told me he would give me a different floor later in the day. Without verifying the condition we agreed, it was very nice of them to moved the luggages to the new room while we wre out. When we got back in the night, to the new room , the humidity smell of the room is noticeable. So I tried to open the window to see if the situation can be improve. End up the exhaust from the kitchen was from down under. That I had to closed the window. The next morning I requested to talk to the manager, finally Ms. Sylvia Su really hears me out, made her best effort to got me the room right and I did enjoyed the rest 5 nights stay. Ms. Su was the best during my stay that really tend to the problem I encountered , she really deserves a pass from a gold member!. I appreciated the hotel location and lounge service , and tried to stay at the same hotel, even they had my file to notice my special need regarding the air quality and quietness of the room , the maid still put the air freshner in my room when I went back for my second stay in Nov.14. ,then I had to let the ionic breeze run meanwhile go do other errands. One thing to praise about is when you had problem, they tried to cope with you. The thing is when I travel , My time and energy are not meant to spent on these issues.

Great experience every time I stay at Sheraton Taipei. Great location, great rooms, great food and on top of that fantastic service with great attention to details.

I was initially given a very noisy room with two single beds that was on a non-SPG lower floor even though I reserved a King. Gladly and really appreciate the front desk staff Alan tried his best to switch me to a relatively more quiet King bed room. Thanks for the great effort of Alan who turned my initially disappointment into satisfaction.

Visited the hotel twice and found the room was rather small and old. The SPG elite status was not very well recognize here. Only good thing is the rail station is just a minute walk away from the Hotel.
