Great location. Subway at the door front. Easy to get taxi .Main train station is 1 stop away
You can get all you need around the hotel including supermarket and restaurant
Bed and Pillow is not that comfortable . Pillow too soft
I had an abnormal experience with this stay . I was being noticed on the 2nd day that my floor need renovation. I packed all my stuff in the morning. When i back to hotel in the midday (before the moving time) I found that my room is all gone with 2 workers inside. I needed to wait in lobby for the next room available . The service from front desk staff is great

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bulilit If you want comfort and acessibility Sheraton Grande is the place to be
Stayed in Sheraton Grande for 3 nights. Their staff were very efficient, helpful and had good command of English. Room was big and comfortable. Toilet seat with bidet and dryer. Buffet breakfast and dinner was sumptous. Just a few steps away from Shindao Temple station hence very accesible even when its raining. Would recommend this hotel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Terence7572 Use of Club Lounge
It is a pity that as a Gold member and a repeating guest of the hotel since 2013, I am not able to visit the club lounge due to the policy of SPG (minimum entry level is platinum). Unlike LeClub and Marriots, the entry to club lounge is GOLD. This gives me more flexibility to conduct my meeting at the comfort of the club lounge however I was not able to do so in Sheraton since I am only a gold member. Quite disappointed ...
I stayed at Sheraton because it is conveniently located near the Train station and away from the busy crowd.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DaMichelangelo Great location, a little improvement needed
I had a two-day stay at Sheraton Taipei, have to say this hotel is of great location. Arrived at midnight and when entered the room, some strange smell (I believe it's something moldy) came but after some air-conditioning it seemed better. There's mouthwash in the bathroom which is very good.
p.s. I was initially going to share this via the survey in the email sent from Sheraton but, seems the link doesn't work (tried a few times but waiting too long).

Rated 2 out of 5 by KenTAI Very Poor Room Arrangement
We reserved a standard two-bed room for two nights. then following by an upper class of two-bed room for another one night. We expected to change room from standard to upper class but front desk staff told us they will not arrange baggages for us and inform us to move out baggages by our own before 12:00 and move baggages back to the upper class two-bed room by our own at 1500. In the same time, they requested us to pay more to upgrade these standard two-bed room to upper class two-bed room. such a poor service! This is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel.

Good arrival experience. Room was ready and in good condition. However did not get my preference of room configuration. Breakfast variety was good and service staff rate high.
