Rated 3 out of 5 by A 'solid' hotel The location of the hotel is good - right downtown and walking distance to a number of attractions. As we were there on the weekend the platinum lounge was not open but was offset by a full buffet breakfast from the restaurant which also had excellent service. The one downside was the long time for service in the bar at night. July 1, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel is Average I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for a local wedding. The hotel was nice, your average Sheraton. However, both nights we could barely sleep because of the noise from outside our room (there was a conference that weekend). Parking is $17, I get that they don't manage the garage so don't have control over the pricing - but $17/ night in Springfield, MA? Yikes! Also, they charged my card $30 extra dollars, when I emailed them to ask about it, they never responded. The price disappeared from my account and the correct number appeared - really strange. I'm glad they fixed it, just wish they would have said something. There are plenty of hotels around that other guests stayed at and had a great experience. June 8, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Hotel Stay Ever Came to spend the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and valentines day. Upon arrival to the hotel, the gentleman at the desk (Phillip- he is awesome) informed us that we would be "very pleased" when we saw our room. He told us that the hotel had gone ahead and upgraded us (at no additional cost) to "one of [our] best rooms" "The Governors suite. We entered the room to find a gorgeous room, an awesome kitchen complete with fridge, silverware, plates and dishwasher, along with a perfect king size bed. We walked around the corner to find the biggest bathroom ever, complete with the biggest jacuzzi tub ive ever seen. This was the best surprise ever. Every single thing about our stay was perfect. We cannot wait to come back! (and we live in Springfield!) February 18, 2016
