I have traveled quite a bit in and this was the most comfortable room that I have ever stayed in. The bed was fantastic..down comforters and pillows...4 pillows . The decor was simple but elegant. The shower had fantastic water pressure and everything was clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly,kind and extremely helpful.

Our room was not made up at 3 PM when we returned for a rest following a busy morning.
We were told that guest rooms for staying guests are done as late as 6 PM. This is completely unacceptable and is not what we are used to at other hotels.
In addition simple things like 'shower caps' and an in-room safe are not included.

This is my No 1 choice of hotels in Philadelphia. Its appointments are plush (for me), its location is perfect (Drexel U.)
and the desk staff are superb (Tammy and Chris). I am very disappointed when I cannot get a reservation.

The room services is terrible, asking for coffee after 10am was impossible, was asked to call back after 11:30am. The room phones never worked well, had to go through the operator to get thru to any of the preset buttons. Had a red message button lite for three days that we could not answer.Fire alarm at 2:30am didn't help.

This hotel is conveniently located to campus. We had a comfortable suite, but room could use some updating. Lighting is poor in the bathrooms and walls seemed like someone punched them in at one time and had to be replaced. The concierge was not very helpful, bordering on rude. The Front desk, however, was very helpful.

The staff there are very professional and pleasant. The facilities are very clean and comfortable; you almost forget that you are in West Philadelphia. If I had to change something it would parking. Guest parking should be free or atleast discounted to half of what they charge now.
The water in the lobby is the best...

The staff was not as professional as other hotels I've stayed at, especially the cleaning crew were in need of how to behave in public areas. 4 cleaning people were hanging out by the elevator talking gossip and swearing while I was waiting for an elevator.

This Sheraton is is one of the best in the city I love the club level everyone's extremely nice the views are amazing and the staff is very friendly... I would recommend anyone traveling to stay here.

Enjoyed our March 2013 stay. The hotel's lobby restaurant offers some of the best Chinese food I have eaten in my domestic travels (with excellent service, to boot). The room was clean and well-appointed, and we slept very well in a comfortable bed that felt new and fresh. Very helpful and professional staff.

kudos to matthew at the front desk for providing a quick and efficient check in. great platinum recognition and he took the time to explain the features of the hotel since this was my first visit to the property. nice to find an outdoor pool on the property - never did really care for the indoor ones.

This is a lovely hotel with a great location.... but it has the worst internet connection in the world. Had the same problem in the past. they do not want to invest in a system that can service the size of the hotel they have. When you have 300 rooms pulling data you need to have the "right" system.

I hope the Sheraton needed that $8.00 for a bottle of water because that's the last they'll ever get out of me. Obviously I would never recommend staying there to anyone.

Level of service is not at par with other Sheraton brand hotels. I travel all over US and this is by far the lowest in service and value. In my last two stays in one month the fixtures in the bathroom does not work. They have to seriously make efforts to improve their service and facility.

It was way too cold and the only way to warm the room was to leave the door open which was far from ideal. Otherwise the accommodation was fine although somewhere to sit and have a drink would have been nice rather than having to transport stuff from the bar to the lobby.

This hotel was ok, except parking prices were too much. Guest should be charged one flat rate. Front desk service was fair. One agent just checks you in , while others explain to guest about area, parking, keys etc.. when asked to explain you hear attitude in their voice.

I was particularly impressed by everyone stepping up. for example, when I needed to check my luggage and there was no bell captain, someone from the desk assisted. In addition, when I went to retrieve the luggage, a housekeeper jumped to help me. Great customer service.

Hotel was as expected great. Several employees made a difference during our stay. Evan & Ruben were friendly throughout my stay. Theresa and Sanjay in the concierge lounge were always accommodating even when busy.
Our families expectations were exceeded during our stay.

The bathroom had very little counter space - which I could live with but would prefer more space.
What I couldn't tolerate was the complete unfriendliness of the staff. There wasn't a single person that was friendlyh or even courtesous.

great location; had bad experience with hotel concierge- not very friendly and not eager to answer any questions, directions given were vague and not very helpful; also housekeeping staff was annoyed when we asked for an extra coffee. rest of staff was great.

Facility and location great but the staff was excellent-from the front desk to the restaurant all went above and beyond. Vincent at Front Desk was willing to turn the world upside down to help us get our laptop running/connected to meet a work deadline.

I got into the Sheraton late on a Monday evening. I got checked in fairly quickly (although the desk attendant forgot to give me the parking ticket I requested) and went up to the room. The room was fine except the bedding was all messed up. It looked like someone had slept there. So I called down to the front desk to tell them and they told me they'd give me a different room. So I pick up all my stuff and go back down to the lobby. They were apologetic, and moved me to another room, but they only had handicapped rooms left so that was a little weird (no shower doors, so water kind of gets all over the place). By now it is roughly 11pm. I am exhausted and have a conference starting early the next day. I go to bed, only to discover that the heat/cool system is the loudest thing in the world (and if I turn it off, it's too hot). It comes on roughly every 10 minutes. The toilet was also running every half hour or so all night, which was surprisingly loud. I got almost no sleep. Given the price of the hotel, you'd think they could do better.

The hotel is not a new property, but it has been well maintained. The staff was very friendly, the lobby was quite comfortable to meet people. Did not try the restaurant but it was always very busy, usually with a wait list so seemed good.

Excellent hotel and staff. Just one suggestion, there should be a clear sign in all elevators stating that the elevator does not go to the garage, even though there are buttons to push for the garage. It was very confusing to many people.

Booked two rooms - one on Points and one prepaid. When I arrived, I learned I had gotten upgrades to large suites on the Club Floor for both rooms. Only negative was that there was no breakfast in the Club Lounge on July 4 holiday.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. But the real value was when I needed to print three pages for a presentation. This is one of the few hotels that offers free printing in the lobby. What a lifesaver. Thank you!

Clean and very comfortable hotel in the midst of University City. Walking distance to two train stations and within blocks of the bus. Great restaurant on the premises and tons of bars and eateries within a 10 minute walk.
