Rated 5 out of 5 by Best of the Best Over the past 2 years coming to this hotel, it never amazes me how they continue providing the best services, staff and rooms. There are other hotels in the area, but I would trade off this hotel. Starwood is very fortunate to have this hotel and staff in their organization. Keep up the great work. May 5, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Review Arrived at hotel after midnight and mentioned that I would need shuttle for early morning flt. Room thermostat was set at 100 degrees. i.e. bottled water in the room was warm. Took too long to be moved. Upon movement to new room was offered 2500 points. Should have had the room for free. Rated 4 out of 5 by la guardia stay Overall the hotel was clean and pleasant . I had some difficulty keeping my room at a desired cooler temperature . Instructions on how to reset the thermostat may be helpfull . The hotel staff was always pleasant , helpfull and professional . Unfortunately the hotel does not have a spa or pool . November 2, 2012

The room was clean and the mattress was soooo comfortable! Their restaurant serves good tasting food and there is a mall located inside the hotel. What more could you want? October 23, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor room sound insulation Hotel location was great walking distance to all local restaurants, but the room sound insulation was very poor, we can hear next door talking or what ever they do. Club lounge was under renovation but temporary lounge service was good, very friendly restaurant staffs. March 5, 2013

The free safety box for our documents and discounted daily parking rate were a pleasant surprise. Will definetly stay here again!! August 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Again, Best of the Best Nothing has changed since my last visit in February 2012. It's still the best hotel for SPG. I can't say enough of the wonderful staff and great rooms. I feel the staff is my second family. I'm always excite to see them and vice versed. You are the Best of the Best. June 10, 2012

The location cannot be beat, both for airport proximity (the free shuttle was great) and easy access to Manhattan, not to mention the incredible local food. We will almost certainly be back. We were pleased to find upgrades into a room and club floor on points which really enabled us to relax and refresh! August 26, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Room smelled like mothballs First I had to go to the lobby twice and report that my key would not work, they finally sent someone to the room to re-key the lock. Room smelled like mothballs and the bathroom was very dingy. This is the very reason that I stopped staying at other chains. May 2, 2013

Room check in and out were quick. i had been to this hotel for many years and as well as others in Manhattan, NJ, Brooklyn.. Rated 4 out of 5 by Needs improvement When my hustand tried to take a shower, he realized that the shower wasn't working, and it was late we didn't know how long it would take to fix it, and we were all tired. I understand these things do happened, but it can be prevent. To avoid this happened, I suggest house keeper should check all facilities to make sure it works, for instance, turn on the shower, flush the toilet, etc, to make sure everything is working. Also, we stayed in room 1021, last room close to the ice machine. I wasn't sure it was the exit door or the room door, it kept bangging every time someone walked by. This would cause disturbance to any guests who stays in those rooms, but if you can put a door strip on the door it will help eliminate the annoyance banging. I think this was so noticible because my son was sick so we staying in the room most of the time. Anyway, in general, I enjoyed every stay at the Sheraton Laguardia East Hotel. I have no complain, These are just my suggestions. If you can look into these issues, I bet your guests can enjoy a lot more. Thanks April 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Diamond in the rough I enjoyed this hotel a lot. If you like quality Chinesse food then this is the best spot for you to stay. The hotel is very nice. The shuttle service to the airport is effiecient and they treat Platinum members right! I was very impressed. April 8, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Flushing"s Chinatown Nice hotel with Asian decor. Comfortable bed. Peaceful side of the town. View of the La Guardia airport. Airport shuttle available and 10-15 mins to get there. Able to go to downtown and uptown via subway. Club lounge has good food. August 17, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is a dump The rooms in this hotel are a joke for what I paid. Dirty, old, smelly, and water damage and mold from the ceiling. Unbelievable...I would never stay here again or recommend it. A black stain on the Sheraton name for sure. December 16, 2012
