What is the Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft®?

The Link@Sheraton SM is the connectivity hub of our lobby experience, allowing guests to work, relax, socialize or grab a snack. As the connectivity hub of our lobby, guests can surf the Web, watch a game with friends, borrow a magazine or newspaper, or even send a video postcard to friends and family.


Do Sheraton hotels have fitness centers?

Yes, Sheraton’s fitness program was created in partnership with world-renowned personal training experts Core® Performance to keep guests at their peak at all times. Guests can take part in state-of-the-art fitness centers, specialized in-room and restaurant dining options, a custom website with online fitness programs and more.


What is the Sheraton Club level?

Sheraton Club offers guests the chance to upgrade to a higher level of comfort and convenience. When they step up to the Club, they discover their own place to be more productive, catch up with friends, enjoy complimentary breakfast or help themselves to a snack throughout the day. 

As you search for accommodation at our hotels you will notice that we offer different room types, Club rooms are often listed as one of the available room types. Be sure to look for “Club Floor” in the Room Features description to book a Club level room.


Do Sheraton hotels have spas?

Yes, many Sheraton Hotels & Resorts feature spas.

Nectar
The next time you stay at a Sheraton, keep your eyes open for Nectar. As part of a new multi-year agreement, NectarTM spas will be popping up in Sheraton locations worldwide. Guests can enjoy a bouquet of pampering treatments at Nectar, a spa whose architecture is dazzling and whose mindset is eco-sensitive.

What is the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed?

The Sheraton Sweet SleeperTM Bed is found in each of our guest rooms and is comprised of luxurious sheets, a deluxe duvet, a selection of feather down and hypoallergenic pillows, and a custom Sealy mattress.   


How can I purchase a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed?

Is Sheraton family-friendly?

Absolutely! Your kids are Sheraton's kids. Children 17 and under stay free at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts* as long as they are staying with an adult and using existing bedding. And most Sheratons offer the convenience of babysitting services, either through hotel staff or a bonded service, giving parents the freedom to enjoy a little time on their own. And Sheraton Resorts offer a wide variety of on-site activities for the entire family, ranging from golf and tennis to snow-skiing, water sports, pampering spas and more.

I really enjoyed the bath products provided at the hotel. How can I purchase them?

Shine for SheratonTM, a bath amenities line created exclusively for Sheraton, features fresh mandarin and mint-scented shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion and is offered in Sheraton’s guest rooms. Unfortunately, Shine for Sheraton products are not available for retail at this time.


Can I bring my pet to a Sheraton hotel?

Yes, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is happy to welcome dogs. Dogs may accompany guests in their guestrooms, in accordance with local health codes, free of charge. (No deposits are required.) Without additional fees, dogs will be provided with a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed if desired, along with a Welcome Kit that provides information and supplies that are useful to a guest traveling with a dog. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by their dog. 


How can I make special requests regarding my stay?

Special requests can be made when booking your reservation online, or by calling the hotel directly. For instance, if you anticipate needing a wake-up call, room service upon arrival, or if you would like flowers waiting for you in your room, we would like to know. Not every request can be met, but we will do our very best to accommodate you.
