How do I create or change my username and password?

Visit Once there, you’ll see links to create a username and password (if you already have a Starwood Preferred Guest account that needs to be activated online), retrieve your username and password (if your account has already been activated online), or join Starwood Preferred Guest.


Can I change a reservation after it's been made?

Yes. You can modify your reservation online, or call 888-625-5144 to change your reservation over the phone. However, please keep in mind that changes are subject to restrictions depending on the details of your original reservation.
