Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide pays commissions to retail travel agencies booking reservations in most rate categories, including Rack, Corporate, Best Available, Weekend, AAA, Retired Persons, and most Promotions. Commissions are paid on room rates only and exclude taxes and service charges. Commissions are not paid on net rates which generally include Groups, Government, and Travel Industry Rates. Starwood makes every effort to identify Non-Commissionable Rates as such.

Consolidated Payments
Twice monthly payments for all Sheraton, Westin, Four Points, Luxury Collection, St. Regis, and W Hotels bookings globally. Electronic payments/statements are available to all travel agencies, regardless of size. Multi-unit agencies may request "roll-up" payments to the agencies corporate headquarters. Payment in the Travel Agency's Preferred Currency
Travel Agencies have 41 currencies from which to choose.

Detailed Statements
Hotels are identified under brand and logo. The guest name, dates of stay, room rate and commission calculation are detailed for each reservation. Cancellations, no shows and extended/short stays are identified.
