Diversity Council
St. Regis is committed to setting the industry standards on diversity
acceptance and staff development. Considered a vital business imperative, our
Diversity Council is charged with developing strategies to accelerate change,
particularly in the area of staff representation. Comprised of senior leaders
at both St. Regis and Starwood, the Diversity Council works closely with other
company leaders and a dedicated staff of change agents in our Office of
Diversity and Inclusion. In the process, we understand how diversity yields
business success.
