Food & Beverage (F&B) represents approximately one third of Starwood’s total business and is a key driver of guest experience. As a result, the F&B function is critical to the overall success and reputation of our individual hotels and resorts, and for Starwood as a whole.

Ideal St. Regis F&B candidates are passionate about food service and focused on business results. And are intrigued by the potential to be part of the prestigious relationships St. Regis has established with some of the best names in the culinary world.

A successful F&B staff member works to create and deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations within the context of the individual outlet, property and brand. Teamwork and communication skills are necessary to a well-orchestrated operation that resonates with guests. The ideal candidate is also an innovator in F&B, with an eye towards constant improvement in guest satisfaction and operating efficiency.

Management positions within F&B are oftentimes filled with qualified line-level staff members who exhibit leadership potential, high levels of competence and a desire to succeed.
