Eckart Witzigmann “chef of the century” opened in 1978 the legendary restaurant "Aubergine" in Munich which was the first establishment in Germany to be awarded three Michelin stars in 1979. Witzigmann will serve red gambas from Sóller, a town in Mallorca.
Christian Jürgens from the Überfahrt, who worked together with Witzigmann, has proven with 2 Michelin stars and 19 Gault Millau points that his cuisine is one of the best. He will pamper the guests of the Culinary Safari with a "Zarenfrühstück".
