We are delighted to announce Rachel Wiener has been appointed Executive Sous and Chef de Cuisine at J&G Grill St. Regis Deer Valley. Chef Wiener will oversee menu planning for the restaurant, award-winning wine dinners and the St. Regis Bar, which features light fare created by Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
