The 74-seat restaurant, located on the fourth floor, offers full breakfast and lunch menus based on fresh, local ingredients. Our chef has taken familiar dishes and added a sophisticated twist, creating a lunch menu of refined comfort fare.
Lunch specialties at Vitrine include the Organic Beef Burger with or without a fried egg, American Wagyu Corned Beef Brisket cured in-house for 30 days, a daily fish selection from Japan’s Tsukiji Fish Market, and a Chop House Salad. The breakfast menu changes seasonally, while items on the lunch menu change daily.
Designed by Toronto’s Yabu Pushelberg, Vitrine offers an elegant and light-filled dining room with a sophisticated palette of sage green and white, custom-designed banquettes, chic tables and chairs, and rich herringbone-patterned wood floors.
