With Executive Chef Yann Mikolajczak’s exquisite taste, menus include such mouthwatering entrées as Tahitian-style raw fish marinated with coconut milk and lime juice, poached lobster with a lightly smoked kombu broth, and the exquisite poached uravena with XO artichoke, nashi pear, shiitake mushrooms, and Asian-style beef sauce.
