With Executive Chef Yann Mikolajczak’s exquisite taste, menus include such mouthwatering entrées as Tahitian-style raw fish marinated with coconut milk and lime juice, poached lobster with a lightly smoked kombu broth, and the exquisite poached uravena with XO artichoke, nashi pear, shiitake mushrooms, and Asian-style beef sauce. Complementing each meal is a decadent selection of island-inspired desserts, including chocolate marquise with shortbread cumbava sherbet, Marquesas Islands lime curd tart, and our signature haari coconut signature dessert.
