St. Regis Bar

With its 180-degree view of Hanalei Bay, the St. Regis Bar provides one of the most memorable sunset views in all of Hawaii. While the lush scenery enhances the bar's island ambiance, the inside décor reflects a quiet elegance, repeating a color palette of earth and sea.

In the St. Regis tradition, a hand painted mural hangs over the bar and pays homage to the local culture. At The St. Regis Princeville Resort, the painting depicts the Fire Throwers of Makana, the revered story tellers of the islands. Each evening, the St. Regis Bar Sunset Ritual honors the traditions of Hawaiian storytelling with a special performance by the Fire Throwers. The evening's entertainment also includes live music, such as jazz, adult contemporary and Hawaiian.

Each St. Regis hotel the world over creates a signature Bloody Mary. We've named ours the Aloha Mary—an enticing blend of Hawaii's handcrafted organic Ocean Vodka and clamato juice garnished with Kaua'i guava wood-smoked sea salt.
