Overlooking the breathtaking sandy beaches of Bahia, Seagrapes is the resort’s destination for modern eclectic cuisine as well as a combination of tempting pool snacks. From a classic Caesar salad to a Wagyu skirt steak sandwich, the menu offers something for every taste, including a full children’s menu.
Seagrape’s casual al fresco dining area sits under a thatched roof. The contemporary design is enhanced by an open-air brick pizza oven and a firepit, all in an enchanted setting with dramatic scenes of the Atlantic Ocean. Creative amenities are offered hourly by the pool area between 12pm and 5pm and include a daily Iced Tea Ritual in which guests are offered samples of special St. Regis Bahia Blend Iced Teas. Once sampling is completed, guests may order full-size servings of their favorites, with or without liquor. Island fruit skewers, cold towels, and flavorful frozen pops are also available to keep guests hydrated and refreshed.
Every Saturday at 5:30pm, guests are invited to gather at Seagrapes’ firepit for s’mores.

In the tradition of St. Regis hotels worldwide, the Encanto Bloody Mary showcases local ingredients. Ours is enhanced with Puerto Rico's ‘Mojo Criollo’ and Aji Chili Sauce, and garnished with crushed fried plantains, all resulting in a seductive combination of textures and flavors.
Each evening at 6pm, guests are invited to the St. Regis Bar for our ritual champagne sabering and a toast to the conclusion of another beautiful, tropical day and the night yet to unfold.
