Specializing in the seductive spice of the Sichuan peppercorn, our signature Chinese restaurant, Yan Ting, offers a memorable dining experience beginning with its French décor and attentive service. These evocative design elements, including fine Chinaware, combine with an array of gray and blue hues in both the main dining room and three private dining rooms.
This discreet décor is balanced by the explosive flavors of Chef Mike Li’s tantalizing menu. Focused on authentic regional cuisine with French twists, it presents local delights, including dim sum, in innovative ways. Cantonese barbecue, Sichuan specialties, Asian flavors and French cuisine are fused into such dishes as baked black cod with chili and Sichuan peppercorns, and green Sichuan pepper poached foie gras with potato noodles.

A visionary expression of the St. Regis commitment to providing an indelible experience, Yun Fu is composed of four private dining rooms, each hosting between 12 and 18 guests and boasting floor-to-ceiling windows with iconic views of the city’s sparkling skyline.
Additionally, each dining room presents its own European-inspired design and bright Renaissance-era pastel hues complemented by Chinese designs. Beyond the inimitable décor, the rooms’ layout is tailored to guests’ request, be it a round Chinese-style table or a long Western-style table.
Similarly the restaurant’s gastronomic meals are entirely based upon guests’ preferences, with Chefs Nelson Ong and Mike Li combining their expertise to create set menus. According to the request, they can access eclectic epicurean influences and fusions that include Sichuan, Cantonese, and Malaysian.
Due to the custom nature of the cuisine, reservations are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Situated on the fourth floor and naturally lit by floor-to-ceiling windows, Social boasts a bright and casual atmosphere permeated with pastel tones and designed to highlight expansive, fresh culinary offerings. It also features an alfresco terrace with views of the Chinese Estates Plaza and outdoor seating during summer months.
A buffet-style family restaurant, the all-day venue boasts seven open kitchens and ten main food stations, including seafood, sushi, cold appetizers, Western, pizza, carving, dim sum, Chinese, and desserts. Highlights between the buffet and à la carte offerings—with both options available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner—include a wide variety of regional and international dishes designed by Chef Nelson Ong.
Breakfast specialties range from Continental and traditional American to Chinese spreads. Epicurean lunch and dinner dishes also include both international and Chinese cuisine, alternating from sweet shrimp and almond crust mandarin fish to maki-nigiri sushi to Italian cold cuts.
For guests aged two to 12, Chef Nelson also serves up a kids’ menu highlighting flavors favored by young palates. Popular dishes include: noodles, fried rice, burgers, spaghetti, and pizza.

Along with 11-meter-high ceilings adorned with bright chandeliers, it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light.
Designed as a residential lounge, the informal room houses inviting sofas and lounge chairs that create an intimate atmosphere conducive to storied St. Regis Rituals, including afternoon tea, served daily from 2pm to 5:30pm.
Additionally, the all-day menu includes light dim sum offerings and traditional Chinese snacks accompanied by coffee, tea, and cocktails, including our signature Bloody Mary: the Chuan Mary.

Offering a worldly experience rare in Chengdu, Decanter presents a refined setting dominated by an original mural. Created by Chris Buissa, it is based on the Brazilian artist’s interpretations of ancient and modern Chengdu. To complement the abstract artwork and provide a space for guests to gather, the venue offers a range of seating options, including a long bar, expansive communal table, and intimate lounge chairs. There is also a private tasting room for up to 12 guests and a balcony for guests who desire a place to smoke.
Each of these seductive spaces invite guests to sample the bar’s articulate selection of fine red and white wines, with the tasting room offering a monthly wine class. Curated by our master wine sommelier, our wine collection includes top offerings from Spain, France, Italy, and beyond. There is also an ample cocktail list that includes the famous St. Regis Bloody Mary, Virgin Marys, and our signature Chuan Mary.
