Chief Concierge Arturo Ortiz brings a depth of insider knowledge and experience to his position at The St. Regis Mexico City. A Concierge since 2001, Mr. Ortiz has been a member of Les Cles d´Or since 2005 and served as Director of the Concierge Association of Mexico City from 2006 to 2008.
Mr. Ortiz and his staff draw on a wealth of select resources to meet guests' every request, including recommendations on the finest dining experiences and intriguing events in Mexico City. From stunning floral arrangements to arranging private transportation and tours—it is our pleasure to meet and exceed expectations. Guests may call on the Concierge Desk for event tickets, babysitting and discerning shopping services.
We are also pleased to make golf reservations and arrange for equipment and transportation to golf courses within an hour of The St. Regis Mexico City.
