Family Plan Policy

Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.  Alternatively, guests below the age of 21 should be accompanied by parents or a guardian.

Concierge Service

Guests have access to innumerable outdoor activities and cultural events in and around Park City. Our Concierge Desk is pleased to make recommendations and assist with all arrangements for everything from skiing to golf. Guests have the choice of several top golf courses in the area, and the Concierge Desk is available to offer descriptions of each course, assist with tee times, transporation, equipment and any other requests. Other Concierge services may include arranging floral deliveries, dinner reservations, rental reservations (including pick up and delivery of equipment), transportation, tickets to local events, and information on the local area.

Utah Olympic Park
Watch Olympic athletes train and perform aerial feats or ride the bobsled, luge or skeleton at this competition venue for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Also home to the Alf Engen Ski Museum and 2002 Eccles Winter Olympic Museum, the Utah Olympic Park is a year-round destination. 7 miles/11 km

Swaner Nature Preserve
Experience more than 1,200 acres of breathtaking open space, numerous streams, and diverse wildlife habitat. Swaner Trails offer groomed Nordic skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. 7 miles/11 km

Park City's Historic Main Street
Although "the great fire of 1898" destroyed over 200 homes and businesses, the town was rebuilt and many of the buildings now seen on Main Street date from that time. Today, Park City's Historic Main Street is home to boutiques, galleries, bars and restaurants. 1 mile/1.6 km

Kimball Art Center
The Kimball Art Center is the heart of Park City’s arts community and a unique venue for original art and photography exhibitions. The Kimball is free and open to the public year-round. Located on Historic Main Street. 1 mile/1.6 km
