The six meeting and banquet venues at The St. Regis Osaka are located on the hotel’s 11th floor where natural light and some spectacular city views compliment beautifully appointed interiors.

High 3.5 meter ceilings illuminated with contemporary crystal chandeliers, accents of silver leaf in a deep corniced ceiling and wall paneling in light celadon green tones are among the elegant details that define the Astor Ballroom. This grand venue can be easily divided into two 105-square-meter rooms. It comfortably accommodates 80 guests for a sit-down dinner; 120 for a standing buffet; 160 theater style and 100 in a classroom setting.

The Empire Boardroom offers upholstered seating for 10 in a timelessly modern setting. On one side, drapes open to stunning views north along Midosuji Boulevard looking toward Osaka Central Station. On the other, a mantle and fireplace feature topped by a large mirror gives the room a warm and welcoming ambiance. Above, dramatic glass chandeliers resemble chrysanthemums, flowers emblematic of Japan.

Overlooking Midosjui Avenue through floor-to-ceiling windows under 3.5 meter ceilings, the Founder Suite is a supremely tailored room decorated in neutral tones with rich wood accents. It includes a fireplace and mantle feature topped by a round mirror, crystal chandeliers. This venue accommodates 50 guests for a sit-down dinner; 60 for a standing buffet; 80 theater style and 50 classroom style. The room may be divided into two 50 square meter rooms, the Founder Study and Founder Lounge.

Our Library Suite is a warm and welcoming meeting space that comfortably seats 30 attendees. It also lends itself to intimate cocktail receptions. Decorated in warm wood tones with accents of blue, it features modern lampshade-style overhead lighting and shelves of beautiful books and carefully curated art objects.

The King Cole Suite makes a dignified boardroom setting for 10 executives with a mantelpiece and mirror, large conference table, and comfortable leather chairs. Wall sconces and a half-moon-shaped chandelier provide soft lighting in a serene setting in neutral tones. The room includes a pop-up, 55-inch PDP monitor television.

The Viscount Suite comfortably seats 10 for a board meeting or private dinner. The room features a striking black chandelier and a carpet of rich brown with veins of beige, keeping with the warm wood and neutral tones of the room.
