Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available upon request and based on availability at the time of arrival. Please note that a daily fee of 75 USD per each bed will be added to your room account.
Cribs are provided complimentary upon request and based on availability at the time of arrival. The hotel does not provide blankets with the cribs.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Usual departure time is noon. It may be extended by the Front Desk upon request, depending on availability. Additional half day or full day charges may apply.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Honor Bar Policy
Guest requests for items to be removed from the in-room honor bar will be subject to a non-refundable service charge of $125 per honor bar removal.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee. Deliveries of outside foods and drinks, via any shipment method, are not allowed.
Pets less than 35 lbs., fully trained, restrained and in compliance with local laws are permitted in the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the St. Regis lobby bar, Vitrine, Remede Spa, pool and fitness center. Upon arrival, guests must sign a mandatory waiver and a cleaning fee of 150 USD will be charged to your account. Associates will not enter any guestroom while a dog is present with or without the handler. Pet sitters and walkers can be arranged upon request. Please contact the Concierge with further questions.
Health & Well-Being Policies
There is a no party policy in place for all guest rooms and suites. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 10pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a parting or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales department. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who is found to be smoking in the room. The minimum fee amount is $500; however the fee will vary depending on the room accommodation.
Guests may smoke in our Porte Cochere and on our 4th floor Terrace between 6am - 10pm unless there is a private event taking place. The terrace will be locked from 10pm - 6am
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day. Additionally, the hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members, with valid identification up to $300 per day. Other conditions may apply.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly for availability. Gift certificate redemption is not available through central reservations.
Credit card authorization forms must be submitted back to the hotel at least 72 hours before a guest’s arrival date. The hotel does not accept same-day credit card authorizations.
