Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available at a charge of $30 per day. Due to fire code regulations, rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two queen beds. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
Guests will have up until the day of arrival to change their departure dates without a penalty, based on the rate confirmed. If a guest wishes to shorten his or her stay after they check-in, a one-night penalty will be charged on the guest's folio.
Late Checkout Policy
The hotel check out time, 12pm, may be extended to 2pm without extra charge, subject to availability. Check-out time for Starwood Preferred Guests with Gold, Platinum or VIP Membership level is 4pm.
The hotel is pleased to offer a variety of ADA compliant rooms. Bathrooms in ADA compliant rooms are equipped with a shower and toilet in the same area. The shower features a handrail on one side of the wall for assistance. We also provide additional amenities, such as a wheelchair, upon request.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests 21 years of age or over and request that guests present valid identification. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel or to remove alcohol from the premises.
We are pleased to welcome your pet to our hotel. We permit one pet per room (25lbs/11kg or less). Please notify your St. Regis Butler upon arrival or dial 0 and we will provide your pet a proper welcome. As part of our pet service, we gladly offer a St. Regis pet bed and pet bowls for the ultimate in hospitality. Be advised, there is a non-refundable $100 pet fee and a $25 daily fee will apply.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel offers guests a smoke-free environment. We do not permit smoking in guest rooms or public areas. We will impose a cleaning fee of 500 USD should this policy be violated in guest rooms.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer check cashing for up to $50 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Credit Card Payments: If someone wishes to pay for another person's room, please request a credit card authorization form from our Finance Department at least three business days prior to arrival. We do not accept this form of payment less than 3 business days prior to arrival. Credit card authorization forms must be sent to the Finance Department between Monday at 9am and Friday at 3pm Eastern Standard Time.
