Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The resort offers a limited number of ADA compliant rooms with roll-in showers as well as two connecting ADA rooms. Please contact the resort for additional information.
Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests 21 years of age or over with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guest registration and check-in is restricted to those 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available in select room types.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will have up until the day of arrival to change their departure dates without penalty, based on the room rate booked. If a guest wishes to shorten his or her stay after they check-in, 50% of the remaining room nights will be charged on the guest's folio.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available upon request. Due to fire code regulations, rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two queen beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Please contact the hotel directly at (808) 826-2411 for reservations.
Late Checkout Policy
We are please to accommodate late check-outs upon request. Fees may be be applied to the reservation depending on the time of check-out. Check-out time for Starwood Preferred Guests with Platinum or VIP Membership level is 4pm, subject to availability.
Package Handling Policy
The resort does not charge a fee for handling packages.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
Third Party Credit Card Payments: If someone wishes to pay for another person's room, please request a credit card authorization form from our Finance Department at least three business days prior to guests' arrival. Credit card authorization forms must be sent to a resort Travel Specialist between Monday at 9am and Friday at 3pm Pacific Standard Time at (808) 826-2290.
The resort accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted.
