Limited Retail Space Until April 2010
Retail Space located off of the Lobby will not be completed until April of 2010. There is no visible construction in these areas as they are closed. Please contact the resort for further information.
Policies
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms free of charge.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol served only to persons aged 21 or over with proof of age.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Some connecting rooms are available.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of one night's room rate plus tax is charged five days after the reservation is confirmed.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total remaining room nights. Notification of an early departure must be given 24 hours prior to check-in.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Please contact the hotel directly at (808) 826-2411 for reservations.
Other Policy
There is a $20 charge to heat or prepare kosher meals.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
