Connecting rooms are available in select room types. There is a fee for connecting rooms from December 25th to January 1st.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available upon request. Due to fire code regulations, rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two queen beds.

Early Departure Policy
Guests will have up until the day of arrival to change their departure dates without penalty, based on the room rate booked. If a guest wishes to shorten his or her stay after they check-in, 50% of the remaining room nights will be charged on the guest's folio.
Late Checkout Policy
We are please to accommodate late check-outs upon request. Fees may be be applied to the reservation depending on the time of check-out. Check-out time for Starwood Preferred Guests with Platinum or VIP Membership level is 4pm, subject to availability.
The resort offers a limited number of ADA compliant rooms with roll-in showers as well as two connecting ADA rooms. Please contact the resort for additional information.

Third party credit card payments are allowed. An eCredit Card Authorization form must be received at least 72 hours prior to the guest's check-in. Please email Travelspecialist@stregis.com to request an eCredit Card Authorization form; provide the email and contact information for the third party in your request.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations.
Cash payment is accepted; however, a credit card is required and a deposit will be charged to hold the reservation. Upon check-in, guests wishing to pay in cash may provide the full room rate and taxes plus an additional 200 USD per day for incidental charges to have the credit card deposit refunded. The front desk will contact guests should additional cash be required to cover incidental charges.
