ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Please call the hotel directly for reservations.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification. Per Colorado Law, alcoholic beverages are not being served from 2am - 7am.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the resort directly to request connecting rooms.
Early Arrival Policy
If you plan to arrive prior to the check-in time and require immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving your guest room for the prior night to guarantee access. If you choose not to reserve additional nights, we will be glad to store your bags prior to check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in selected king bedded rooms. A fee of $50 plus tax per night applies for a rollaway. Extra bed is not permitted in rooms with two beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
General gift certificates in denominations of $25 can be used in any hotel outlet or applied to the hotel bill during check-out. Starwood Preferred Guest members can also earn Starpoints® on purchases made with gift certificates. Please contact Stephanie Swan directly at (970) 920-7312 to reserve a room using a gift certificate.
Late Checkout Policy
For late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until your departure. If you choose not to reserve additional nights, we will be glad to store your bags after checkout until the time you leave the resort.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed. Guest will be charged a one time, non-refundable fee of $100 per pet. Pets are required to be on a leash throughout the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas of the hotel.

Smoking Policy

Suite Policy
To secure a suite or loft accommodations for six guests or more, we suggest that you also check availability at the St. Regis Residence Club, Aspen.
