Qatari couples must present their wedding certificate upon check-in.
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification) and at designated areas.
During the holy month of Ramadan, alcohol will not be served in public areas of the hotel. Alcohol service is available to guest rooms and suites.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate will apply to guests who check-out prior to the confirmed departure date without providing 24-hour advance notice. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are subject to availability; fee will apply.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are provided upon request. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with the crib. Guest must bring their own. Fee applies for rollaway beds.
Use of Recreation Facilities
Recreation facilities are available for registered guests only.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include Qatari National ID and/or passport. Qatari couples must present their wedding certificate upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are subject to availability; a fee will apply.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
