Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 20 years old (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
All guests of the hotel must be 18 years of age and above. Alternatively, guests below the age of 18 should be accompanied by adults. The hotel respectfully reserves the right to check identification.
Check Policy
We regret that checks are not accepted as method of payment. However, we are pleased to accept cashier's checks.
Check cashing service is only available for travelers checks. Valid identification is required. Other conditions may apply.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability. Connecting rooms are available only between Grand Deluxe Rooms and Caroline Astor Suites.
Currency Policy
Please be advised that all room rates and charges are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). If participating in the First Currency Choice Program, billing is processed in the guest's home currency, and is subject to the exchange rate of the credit card company.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. At this time, guests may change their departure date without penalty if their rate-plan permits.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to guarantee early arrival. To guarantee a room for early arrival before 3pm, we request that guests provide one night's room charge. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request. Roll-away beds are THB 2,000 per person, excluding government tax and service charges and inclusive of daily breakfast. Cribs are available at no charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children age 12 and under sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways and child rollaways may incur extra charges. Child breakfast charge applies for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Adult breakfast charge applies for children 13 years of age and above.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate.
ID Requirement
Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional half day rate will apply. For check-outs after 6pm, a full-day rate will apply.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept packages for arriving guests with a secured reservation—otherwise, packages cannot be accepted.
Please note that for security purposes, contents must be checked and declared.
Pet Policy
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets at this time.
Payment Policy
We are pleased to accept cash or any major credit card. Foreign currencies must be converted to the local Thai Baht (THB) currency.
Pool Policy
The hotel is pleased to extend the use of our pool exclusively to resort guests. Visitors are not permitted in the pool area. Also, children of age 16 and under are not permitted to use the fitness/spa facilities.
No diving and jumping is allowed. There is a pool attendant but the hotel does not provide life guards.
Smoking Policy
We are pleased to accommodate requests for Smoking or Non-smoking guest rooms.
Please note that by Thai law, smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, or public areas of the hotel.
Visa/Passport Policy
We request that all non-local residents present passports and immigration entry cards upon arrival, according to Thai immigration laws.
