Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Hotel Policies
Disability Access Policy
The hotel features disability accessible guestrooms with safety bars and a roll-in shower. Please contact the property directly at reservations.saadiyat@stregis.com to reserve an accessible room.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates can be purchased directly with the hotel. Please contact reservations.saadiyat@stregis.com.
Redemption of gift certificates is subject to availability and prior reservation.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
The credit card holder must be present in order for the hotel to accept their credit card as a form of payment.
Smoking Policy
The resort features smoking and non-smoking rooms. Restaurants’ indoor areas are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the terraces.
Visa/Passport Policy
All non-local residents must present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry in to the United Arab Emirates. The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort can assist with the visa process. Please email the reservations department at reservations.saadiyat@stregis.com. The visa process will take about 7 working days.
Otherwise please check with the nearest Embassy of United Arab Emirates in advance of traveling to ensure you are compliant with entry rules and procedures. Non-compliant guests may not be allowed to enter the country. The hotel is not responsible for any failure to comply with this Visa/Passport Policy.
