We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 years old.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
We are pleased to accept company checks as a method of payment. Checks must be presented at least 10 days prior to arrival. We regret that traveler’s checks are not accepted.

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Dress Code Policy
We invite guests to wear their beach attire in the pool and beach areas. However, we ask that you dress more appropriately throughout the hotel. For men this means long pants, closed shoes, and collared shirts. Women are encouraged to wear trousers, skirts, or dresses.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. An early departure fee may be applicable to guests departing prior to their scheduled date.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. For check-in before 7am, we request that guests reserve the night prior.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to offer extra beds in select rooms for a nightly fee. Additionally, complimentary cribs are available for children up to five years old. Please note, Superior King Rooms cannot accommodate additional beds.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, non-UAE residents must present a passport upon check-in. UAE residents may present either a passport or Emirates ID.
Late Checkout Policy
The hotel is pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request, based upon availability. In the case of late checkout between 2pm and 6pm, a day-use fee of 50% of the room rate will apply. For late checkouts after 6pm, a fee equal to 100% of the room rate will apply.
We regret that pets are not allowed at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The credit card holder must be present in order for the hotel to accept their credit card as a form of payment.
While smoking rooms are available upon request, please note that shisha and boukhor are not allowed in guest rooms at any time. Smoking is permitted exclusively in the Cigar Lounge at The St. Regis Bar, at Azura, or on the outside terraces of Villa Toscana and The Terrace on the Corniche.
All non-local residents must present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry into the United Arab Emirates.
Priort to traveling, please check with the nearest Embassy of United Arab Emirates to ensure you are compliant with entry rules and procedures. Non-compliant guests may not be allowed to enter the country. The hotel is not responsible for any failure to comply with this Visa/Passport Policy.
