This is one classy hotel from the time you set foot at the lobby all the way to our room . clean premises. The Christmas decorations were amazing I had to take pictures by the Christmas tree in and out by the pool. The room was so clean , sheets were immaculate , I like that they provide slippers and sponges to remove my make-up or use for my pressed powder. this is something new I haven't seen anywhere. I like the outside patio that overlooks the pool. It was so calm and quite and the feel of privacy. We've stayed here for 3 times now and hope to continue on... great staff , very professional!

The facilities were wonderful but the staff was less than helpful. I was in a suite with a butler and despite 10 attempts to get the name corrected on my room number, I was referred to as Mrs. McCarthy during my stay. Seems like such a minor thing but was the source of much frustration.

I travel for a living and stay in hotels all over the country & canada. Every once in awhile the staff at one hotel will blow my mind with their kindness and hospitality. This year, The St Regis was one of those hotels. In particular, Jesse James in the salon went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I am a performer and had forgotten a few things for my trip, the salon went to extremes to fill all of my needs. The St Regis is not only beautiful on the outside, but even more so from within! Hats off to you!

This hotel does not live up to the St. Regis namesake. We can begin with the rude check in staff who left us hovering over the desk, aimlessly awaiting. Then, there were the hole-ridden mildew towels. Not to mention how we waited in another line to see the only concierge (who knew nothing). We later found out the concierge also served as a complaint station - two ladies were ahead of us because room service failed them as well. Don't waste your money here. Really, just don't. The best way to sum up the property was after complaining to the manager on duty, she said "well, this is California casual." No excuse for poor service.

I was recently part of the ITT Technical Institute group that stayed several days at your location and have never had a better experience staying at another hotel. Your staff is highly trained to provide the highest level of customer service. On numerous occasions your team exceeded my expectations.

I have had the privilege to stay at numerous first-class hotels and resorts in the United States, but The St. Regis Monarch Beach was by far the finest resort that I have ever stayed at. The service that was provided by every member of your staff was impeccable! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
