Family Plan Policy

Please note that children aged 2 and under may sleep in existing room bedding at no additional charge. Children ages 3 to 12 will be charged a child supplement fee, and guests aged 12 and over will be charged as an adult. A maximum of one extra person is allowed. The kids plan for children aged from 3 to 12 includes an extra bed, Kids Club access, and a meal plan.

Rated 5 out of 5 This hotel is a real paradise A real paradise, especially for families, but for everyone in general. Impressive SPA facilities and amazing and huge outside areas. Especial mention to their kids club, their excellent room and f&b facilities, outstanding cleanliness everywhere you walk by deserves a big recognition. But the best experience on top of everything is the few-times-in-a-life treatment the staff gives you since your landing at the airport. All combined made this stay un unforgetable experience to my whole family. Great value for money. Will definitely come back again May 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Not just what Mr.Astor would have had wanted Good Hotel, super friendly and attentive staff, best Michelin-starred restaurant. Anyway, the standard hotel resto seems to be in a subfloor, even it's on the ground floor level. Almost a mile from the famous port Portals Nous and also from the next beach. A big dirty spot on the carpet does not give the best Image. Many German clients over there. The upgrade we got was a silent Corner room.without large ways as people use to comment. Rated 4 out of 5 by Das Hotel is gut - die Nebenkosten jedoch sehr überzogen Die Preise für Getränke, Essen, Spa und sonstige Kleinigkeiten sin völlig überzogen. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch nicht immer aufmerksam bei der Sache. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, Brot vergessen. Bestellte Getränke müssen reklamiert werden. Selbst die alte zeitschrift Gala wird mit e 3,50 berechnet. Das muss bei einem solchen Haus als Service dabei sein. Das meeresbufett war schlecht und die warmen Speisen kalt. May 13, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Das beste Hotel am Mittelmeer Es waren wieder wunderschöne Tage im St. Regis auf Mallorca. Trotz schlechtem Wetter konnten wir diesmal besonders das Hotel und den Spa genießen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, herzlich und immer für den Gast da. Einfach großartig. Wir kommen bald wieder! May 2, 2013
