The Hotel is stunning beautifully decorated and certainly meets the highest standard for décor and comfort.
My Big disappointment was with the food....the Dinner in the French Restaurant was awful we sent both my Pork belly and my wife's Wagyu beef back as neither was edible both were undercooked and tasteless. The Pork belly was the worst I have ever had and my wife's steak was too rare having asked for Medium and was tough and tasteless. The staff did NOT understand what we were trying to tell them . The breakfast the next morning was average. Overall It's a lovely hotel let down by inferior food I will NOT stay there again.

Hotel interior was beautiful as well as the rooms. But I have to say, I was expecting the Breakfast to be above as good as the one in St Regis Bali. So for me the disappointment was the Breakfast. Staff are committed to their work but lack of SINCERE warmth and smiles.

Our stay at St Regis was perfect. Room was beautiful and so comfortable and staff were wonderful and very attentive. Perfect location. Love the Butler service. Will be back for sure. Only disappointment was room service meals were average and La Brezza not a great experience but that wont put me off coming back. Biju especially made every breakfast so personal and welcoming. Also the door guys are so friendly and concierge so helpful!!

From the time we arrived at the hotel until the minute we left, it was truly a pleasure. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and helpful especially with 2 young kids in tow.
Check in was done in a private room as my youngest was asleep, breeze transaction. Pool facility and staff were very attentive to ensure safety of children swimming. Upon checking out, the staff reminded of passports and other belongings that I might've forgotted

昨年の春、そしてこのゴールデンウィークに宿泊。今回は時期が時期ということもあり、朝食時のテーブルの間隔が非常に狭かった。またメニューも簡略化されていたと感じた。
チェックイン時には他人の部屋に通され、無人だったので事なきを得たが。こんな単純なミスを冒していいものかと嘆息。日本人コンシュルジュには謝罪されたが、いい気分ではなかった。
またか…と肩を落としたのは、チェックアウト時。
前回は朝食無料にも関わらずチャージされていたが、今回はバーのフリードリンクがチャージされていた。従業員に悪意はないと信じたいが、凡ミスの連続ではセントレジスの名が廃るというものだろう。
ロケーション、部屋の設えが気に入り、シンガポールで1泊はするホテルになっていたが、次回の宿泊は多分ないと思う。

Recently stayed at the St Regis for 3 nights on business - was very sad that it was only 3 nights! The room was beautiful (executive deluxe) but my favorite feature was the bathroom, especially the stand-alone bath tub with TV screen built into the facing mirror! I also loved the high-tech features, such as the various buttons that turned on lights, made the black-out shade go down, etc. Turn down service was unique...they left little tidbits of information about the St Regis. Breakfast spread was delicious, butler service was great. Very enjoyable stay!
