hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed at. service was amazing, everyone remembered my name and greeted me every time. rooms were pretty spacious for a major city. bathrooms super nice. elevators were very convenient (you dont really appreciate elevators until you stay at a busy hotel where it stops every floor). breakfast buffet was solid for a spg plat members. private car service for those who dont want to deal with taxis were very convenient. great location, felt super safe event late at night. highly recommended

It is a well known fact that the St. Regis is the best hotel in Mexico City. My recent stay at the St. Regis exceeded every expectation that I had.
Everyone, from the General Director, including all personnel and staff, were exemplary, with a great attitude at all times, genuinely eager to help, amazingly attentive and professional. The service is most impressive. This extraordinary wonderful team treats every guest with complete devotion as if you were royalty. The hotel is at a great location with superb facilities. It is elegant and beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable. The views of the city from my suite were really stunning. Everything was beyond perfect and splendid. Due to my exceptional experience, this hotel is going to be my home in Mexico City.
The St. Regis in Mexico City is not just a top five star hotel, IT IS IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN!

The hotel provided the best service I'd ever had at a hotel. All the personnel, desk reception staff, concierges, butlers and managers were having a wonderful smile and always with a good attitude for any inquiry or question. The facilities were very comfortable and relaxing.

I had an issue with my24 it made me upset and feel cheap and it wasn't about the money paid. This is a five star hotel and when they treat you like your staying in a motel not cool.
I guess things happen I would rate the hotel lower but the service was good did not care for the entrance or pool. And also the when using Spa having to use public lockers and shower I don't understand that.
But a few things I liked was the St Regis pen the cleanliness of the room and I loved the elevators just my thing.

Superb facilities; rooms were spotless, tasteful decor, quiet, and comfortable. Had a two room suite on the eight floor. Steam shower in the bathroom was a nice touch which we used on several occasions. Breakfast was outstanding with an excellent variety of fruits, juices, breads and cereals. Staff friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is to speed up the waiter service in the outside bar. Five stars all around.

I've stayed at this property many times over the past few years and love it. Great location, modern and the outdoor space is magical. This visit however there were signs of cost savings that affected service. Dirty toilet in the spa, no welcome food amenity in the room as was standard practice in past - and this time I was in a suite. Apparently breakfast is included if you're in a suite but staff never told me this upon check in so missed out on that. It's still a great property but I worry it's headed in the wrong direction.
