The St. Regis Bahía Beach is, by far, the best hotel in Puerto Rico.
Great location and service.
Love to stay there as often as possible.
I do recommend it with no reservations whatsoever.

Thank you for the attentiveness of your amazing staff. The accomodations were outstanding and I wouldn't expect more from a resort hotel. The room was superb, the room service exceptional, and the entire staff was remarkable (including Carmen, Freddy, Jon, and Jonathan). The golf club staff was more attentative than any resort I have ever visited (Orlando was exceptionally hel;pful).

While the resort and trip as a whole were fantastic, our experience at the Fern Restaurant was by far the highlight of our trip. Jesus was our server, and is everything you could possibly want in a server at a high end restaurant. His menu knowledge and reccomendations, along with his fantastic personality just made the experience for us. As far as the food, we both agreed it may have been the best meal either one of us have had at ANY restaurant! Absolutely the highlight of our trip!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Woody Hotel staff is very accomodating
The hotel is very private with a beuatiful golf course and the staff is extremely friendly. Several of the employees remarked how much they enjoyed their job. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean. Very nice.

The hotel is beautiful and the locale is fantastic, but that is the only reasons to call this a St. Regis. the majority of the staff are not knowledgeable and confident. Service is slow and other than Fern the food is only okay. Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable however the air conditioning does not work for the entire room (i.e. too hot in bathroom after shower to dry your hair). The bathrooms by the pool the floor was dirty for the entire three days we were at the hotel. Fern has delicious food, Seagrapes is gorgeous, but food is average and service is slow. One waiter Jose went above & beyond expectations to make the experience great. The place has major potential but needs to get its staff and services up to par to be a real St. Regis.

My wife and I stayed at the Bahia Beach Resort from April 16th to April 21st. This is an absolutely beautiful property. Service was excellent as well. I would make the following recommendations:
-Do not reserve common areas such as bars and restaurants for special groups. Upon arrival, my wife and I wanted to have a drink by the pool. Unfortunately, the pool bar was reserved for a special group. Not a good first impression.
-Upon departure we attempted to have a drink in the lobby bar. The same thing occurred. It was reserved for a special group.
-Enforce the adults only pool policy. Traveling without children, adults want the opportunity to experience some adult only areas. The adult pool was full of children and offered no adult only escape.
Hope the recommendations help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Travelor Room condition
Not a big fan of being on an island and not seeing and hearing the ocean 24/7. We were in a room on on a golf course - I would have never known I was near water.
My room did not have a heavenly mattress. It was an old mushy mattress. The sheets did not fit properly on the mattress and would slip off every night. The mattress pad did not have anchors on them so the sheet on top slips off. Very uncomfortable.
The pool bar closed way too early and did not lend itself to people wanting to use the pool in the evening and have a cocktail.

As always the St. Regis Bahia Beach met all our expectations. I went with my wife and kids. We went to the pool, the beach, tennis court, lake kayaking and bike riding. Great time!!!!
