What a great hotel!
I was very happy with my stay at this property. The staff was attentive and helpful, and I would be stretching to find any improvements to recommend. I've stayed at other St. Regis hotels in the past and have felt somewhat out of place; not so with this one! The reception, corridors, and rooms were luxe yet very warm and inviting.

Stayed here last weekend for my 2nd year wedding anniversary and the staff was great! The concierge service was amazing in helping me set up a the room to surprise my wife. They took us to dinner in a sick black Mercedes! Room was big and bed very comfortable
In the morning we could not find our car keys and panicked. While tearing through our luggage and calling a locksmith, a young guy working the front desk ran to our room after over hearing us - next thing we heard keys shacking behind us. The guy saved the day!

Stayed in this hotel several times and I am always pleasantly surprised how this aged property is maintained perfectly up to date. Despite its age, I think it should best be described as Classic Luxury, with generally outstanding service standards.
Slightly disappointed that one of my shirts came back from laundry with a missing button. I would have thought such a thing could be checked and quickly repaired, but apparently slipped through the cracks. It happens, but this hotel is usually so outstanding that I grew to assume it is always perfect.
Bar is fantastic, but one particular barman/server is negligent and has a very difficult-to-understand English accent. He is more than compensated by two other servers, one well built gentleman and one lady.
Overall a great experience, but not the usual perfect.

The hotel and staff are just exceptional. The property is older but it has been immaculately maintained and has a sense of classic elegance. Very midcentury cool. Staff is excellent. Definitely worth the stay.

The fragrant flowers in the the lobby and the wonderful staff at check-in were our first impressions of the St. Regis. They were followed by the beautiful room, the thoughtful birthday strawberries and wine, and the fantastic breakfast topped off our stay. A fantastic hotel.

Stayed here for vacation. Had numerous service problems and they were never addressed. Not once did someone go out of their way to assist. Called the GM, wasn't helpful either, mainly provided excuses and had no answers about the problems we mentioned. Very, very disappointing for a St Regis. When in town, I would certainly choose other hotels.

I really enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again. I dined at the bar and had great service from the bartender, and the food was excellent. The workout room was minimal but fine for my needs.

I stay here for business whenever in Houston. Nice hotel, polite staff. Rooms are nice, quiet.
