The overall stay was good , but the room was not fully cleaned after they clean it.
Always delay in everything.
The room service always brought food cold.

I've always liked staying at your hotel when I need to de-stress but this is definitely not one of the best ones. Why? The one who checked me in wasn't very warm. Sure she got me a lighter when I needed one and told me that the best way to the room would be on the left but that's about it. Not very informative and didn't smile when I did. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Anyway she could have smiled a little and that would suffice. I was having a bath and the bulb in the mirror blew up, that scared me a little. Phone in the room wasn't working properly. As I was walking to the front desk, I smoked and was told by one of the ladies in the foyer told me rudely that I wasn't allowed to smoke there she could have said it nicely, you know. I was embarassing the way she spoke to me. Obviously, I wasn't aware that for that particular day, it was non-smoking in the foyer. But really?! Did she need to be rude about it when I was just smoking there the day before? I would not have done it if I knew. The oAnyway, bad encounters aside, Olivier at the pool was extra extra nice. I commend him for that. Opal was good too, and service was great. St. Regis was my personal favorite but I wish consistency is maintained.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SPG2014 Issues faced
-The check in process took one hour where 50 minutes only waiting for a reception representative to be available , and unfortunately I have faced embarrassing situation where I was waiting with my wife waiting for some one to assist us and another gentleman simply went to the next available representative which it was truly my turn , that it is because there is no in place process to know who comes first , Thanks to Mary she assisted us quickly after waiting for 50 minutes.
- Although during reservation I have told them that I am celebrating my wife birthday , and I have been promised that the hotel will bring flowers and cake .....nothing happened.
- No newspaper were provided to my room in the morning , although other rooms got it.
- As a luxury hotel I thought by default you will have coffee and tea maker in the room but it was only available on request.
- During the check in process other hotels usually provide to their guest light juice which did not happen here especially when the check in process takes long time.

Second time I stayed there and again I was very pleased with the overall stay...staff being very friendly, professional, curteous, pleasant and rooms very comfortable!

Modern, airy, spotless rooms. an elegant Jazz Bar . Outdoor, a large swimming pool, where an atmosphere of carefree relaxation overwhelms you.
But a hotel is not just a building, of course, it takes a great team as well.
Congratulation to the management and to the staff who welcome everybody with genuine hospitality.

This hotel really knows how to 'do the details'. The experience at the pool and gym is the best service I have seen. They lay out your towels for you and make your lounger like a bed! They also pass around small amenities like fresh juices and fruit free which was a nice touch. The service staff is simply amazing. They attend to your every need and constantly ask how they can make your stay better. We were awarded with a nightly 'treat' which was really nice. Additionally, the turn down service was top notch. The hotel looked gorgeous for Christmas and we had a wonderful stay. We look forward to going back.
