Courteous staff, excellent servic e in general but management should focus more on highlighting its telecommunications, vital for any busines traveler. IT supposed "expert' from hotel was unable to reconnect my I-Phone and there were no clear instructions in room on internet access. Other services very good.

Significant delays on receiving our room. Got the beds and smoking preferences wrong. Took an hour (too long with little kids).
Room noise was way too high. Neighbors alarm went off for one hour at 4 am. Second night was late night partying (and other) in the next door rooms.

Generally enjoyed a pleasant weekend taking advantage of early check-in and late check-out giving the best part of 2 days. The package included a reserved gazebo at the pool but there seemed to be mis-communication between reservations and pool staff. Inclusive amenities eventually arrived a couple of hours after being ensconced in a gazebo. Arrived at 1st & 2nd choice restaurants in the evening to be told they were full - we weren't advised at check-in that we should pre-book, however staff at the Oyster Bay did eventually create space for us. Further confusion when we tried to gain access to the room on the afternoon of the 2nd day - the key didn't work and despite requesting someone to come to the room corridor with a new card i had to go to reception. Pool access was via fire exit!

Everything was perfect, reception, check in, room, service, pool, till check out.
It a good place to relax, while no noise or distructions appears.

Stayed for a conference. Well appointed hotel with all rooms facing the sea (nice feature). Hotel running 80+% occupancy and staff seemed struggling with the crush of guests.
Excellent outdoor pool, patio, and beach facilities to relax, entertain, or just kick back after a long day.
The Jazz at Lincoln Center is a must visit location in Doha. Best quality music and ambience.

Fantastic room decoration and size.
I was upgraded to Suite being SPG Platinum.
Staff was nice and attentive.
SPA was top-class.
