My stay at the st. Regis Doha hotel was OVER THE TOP! From the moment I arrived and had a bouquet of flowers placed in my arms, with the fabulous butler, Gihan, showing us to our room, acquainting us with the features in the room, to escorting us to dinner, to surprising me with roses adorning my room when we returned from dinner each night, to constant vigilance and care, to helping me celebrate my birthday with balloons and a cake and more roses...I honestly can say, I have never felt like more of a queen then these three days in your hotel. Gihan was the reason for making my stay an unforgettable experience. He deserves top recognition!

A wonderful stay living up to all my St Regis expectations from the moment the driver and Range Rover arrived to pick us up at the airport. The real surprise and delight came from the incredible personal butler service and a special thanks to Ernest Nolte. He spotted my family looking rather lost in the enormous lobby, zoomed in and welcomed us then gave us a wonderful tour of all 10 of the hotels great restaurants personally introducing us to the staff and made us feel very welcome guests, finally taking us back to our room with a Good Night gift. Many thanks St Regis!
Room Tip: The Deluxe Terrace rooms offer that extra outdoor space to relax in in the evenings.

This hotel really knows how to 'do the details'. The experience at the pool and gym is the best service I have seen. They lay out your towels for you and make your lounger like a bed! They also pass around small amenities like fresh juices and fruit free which was a nice touch. The service staff is simply amazing. They attend to your every need and constantly ask how they can make your stay better. We were awarded with a nightly 'treat' which was really nice. Additionally, the turn down service was top notch. The hotel looked gorgeous for Christmas and we had a wonderful stay. We look forward to going back.

What I liked:
- Ample choice of good restaurants (although some are very expensive)
What I didn't like:
- Was 'asked to leave' the beach area at 8pm (why would I book a beach hotel in the first place?)
- Staff didn't really try to solve the issue when I complained
- Room cleaning service could have done a better job with the bathroom
- Room dining was not delivered as ordered
- Wireless phones in the rooms don't work
- And when you use the phone it takes ages to get through to reception
- Tricky hotel layout (where is the business center?) where staff don't even know the way
- Humming noise in the bedroom keeps you awake
- Had to return in room dining because of 'lack of quality'

Spent three lovely nights at the St. Regis Doha. Fantastic room and facilities. Amazing staff that took care of my family. My two children loved the toys, gifts & welcome pastries in the room. They spent quite a bit of time at the pool & recreation room. The breakfast at the "Vine" was fabulous. Almost every staff we met greeted us with real warmth and interacted well with the kids. The wife enjoyed the spa where she had a customized massage. The highlight of the stay was "The Butler"!! He or she was on hand 24/7 to help us with anything we needed.
To sum it up in the words of my son: "The Best Hotel I have stayed in...EVER!"
PS. I wish we could access the beach at night for walks.

I had a weekend with my SON. Sort of mother/son bonding.... From the 20mns waiting to check in ... no special SPG recognition.... room could not even be rated 3 stars ... Bar using the cheapest cocktail brand( specially the lemon juice which is NOT freshly squeezed ). Total disappointment in room service. there is no BUTLER as mentioned in the package... I could go on and on . I am sure that I won't step St Regis DOHA again !!! It's a pity because i do spend lot of time in hotels.
To be fair, the GYM instructor and the recreation area made it for my son .. but for me it was below average experience.

Have used this restaurant a few times before. But this time it was not as good. My son took chicken and it was still pink twice. The turkey was also not good as it was very fatty for some reason. Shame as it was christmas day. Our waitress was excellent, the drinks waiter was attentive but he didn't give us a taste of our wine before pouring and offered us a glass of champagne when we arrived that sounded as if it was complimentary but was not. Last time I did brunch here , santa came to the restaurant this time he didn't and its Xmas Day!!! Overall for Christmas day it was disappointing.

Modern, airy, spotless rooms. an elegant Jazz Bar . Outdoor, a large swimming pool, where an atmosphere of carefree relaxation overwhelms you.
But a hotel is not just a building, of course, it takes a great team as well.
Congratulation to the management and to the staff who welcome everybody with genuine hospitality.
