And the room of Deluxe Skyline Room is very comfortable and great. Next time, your hotel choice is the first comer in my mind. I like this hotel so much. November 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing experience I have stayed at several SPG properties for business and pleasure in Asia, Europe, and the US. The St. Regis in Osaka is one of the best experiences that I have had. The service and food were excellent. The room, view, and facilities were luxurious. The staff was attentive. The hotel was close to public transportation, shopping, and many restaurants. We would definitely come here again....thank you for a wonderful stay! December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A very fine hotel with good location but... I like everything about this hotel - but as a platinum member I always get better rooms at other St Regis (and SPG) hotels. The staff here are very nice / polite / attentive but they just won't provide you a better room (I got a corner room with better view but both side facing flyovers/highways). Anyway I still managed to sleep at night.. June 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Service is second to none: reception staf remembered my name. The butler service was a great touch: very good tips and very efficient. Location is outstanding, and the hotel is beautiful, with a lovely bar and garden. Breakfast is superb. Rates are very reasonable, considering this is a top-notch hotel. Only complaint would be the lack of a swimming pool, and the pocket-sized gym. Would love to stay here again. Do not miss the lunch menu at the tiny sushi restaurant adjacent to the hotel: some of the best sushi ever and unbelievable value! January 10, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best St. Regis experience so far St. Regis hotels provide a great experience to begin with. Add on top of that the heightened level of service and amenities generally offered in Asia hotels and that will give you an amazing St. Regis experience. Platinum benefits and the complimentary breakfasts were excellent. My previous St. Regis experiences did not have butler service for the standard room rates - only the suite-level rooms had butler service. However, the St. Regis Osaka has butler service for all room types which made the experience very positive because I did not reserve a suite for this stay but was able to enjoy butler service. I stayed at the St. Regis a week after my birthday and my birthday was recognized with a personalized complimentary dessert sent to my room. This was an extremely pleasant touch to my stay.
