While my time at the St Regis was very pleasant, special consideration is acknowledged for the excellent staff. Each and every one of them exuded a high level of professionalism. In particular, I have fondest regards for Mr. Mee, the staff butler who was very helpful and it seems always on hand to answer questions, making my way easier as I navigated Bangkok.

Service is excellent, staff go above and beyond. However, the property is going downhill very fast in my opinion. Room was not ready when I checked in (3rd time in a row). I used an upgrade cert to make sure I got a better room, I was told breakfast was not included so I had to use the hotel amenity to get it. That is a FIRST in Bangkok, and shows to me the property is becoming cheap.
The windows were not dirty, they were filthy on the outside. The color scheme in the rooms allows the place to look very dirty on the inside as well. The couch (light greyish color) had tons of stains all over it, not just one here and there, as well as did the light color carpets have stains all over them.
Again, the staff and location are the best in Bangkok. But be open to a less than clean property and your room not being ready because they are "cleaning" it......

This establishment is a St Regis in name only. The service level is appalling, arrived at 2.15 pm and was advised that a room would not be available for approx 1 hour, this was not a problem however after waiting for near.y 2 hours we were then advised that they had no record of our details and we would need to supply our passports etc to check in. This was eventually sorted out but if management were on their game it should never have happened. We were eventually shown to our room only to have the Butler continually knock on our door, we had to ask him to pleases cease. There are staff everywhere but there is clearly no organisation if you are advised of something once by a staff member 5 minutes later you are advised again by another staff member this is not good service it is inefficient and downright annoying.

I recently completed my third stay at the St Regis Bangkok. I love the hotel, it's that simple. I would highly recommend that you book the St Regis during low season - when prices are reasonable - so that you can enjoy luxury.
The restaurants are all amazing - but very expensive. Worth a treat for sure. I really loved Zuma.
The spa is potentially the highest priced spa I've ever been to in Bangkok and I would recommend that you visit another local spa based on price and service.
The pool is really amazing. High atop the city you can lounge and relax while being pampered. I loved the couches - they were a great place to relax and read.
I will surely be back to the St Regis and I highly recommend it.

This is my first experience with St. Regis.
I am a frequently traveler, both business and leisure, been to over 30 countries and stayed in over a hundred hotels. I must admit that your hotel is one of the best, if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed.
From the moment I stepped in until I depart, I enjoyed every second of extremely warm hospitality. All personnel wear a sincere welcoming smile. Check-in process is smooth as butter and very fast too which is so needed by a tied traveler. The Butler assigned to me as well as every staff I encountered are so helpful and response all requests in no time. The room as well as every corner in the general area is clean, tidy and well serviced.
The location is in the heart of Bangkok and the BTS seems like just outside your room. Access from airport as well as to major business and sight seeing areas is a piece of cake.
In a nutshell, almost everything exceeds my expectation.
Highly and strongly recommend to anyone who is willing to pay a bit more for a supreme hotel service well worth.

Arriving from a holiday in Phuket, We never expected any City hotel to meet our relaxed expectations.
You exceeded it and a hearty congratulations.
From the very first contact at the door we experienced personalised service through the elevators, check in and escorted to our rooms. Then in the morning by the every friendly butler.

Stayed in the Grand Deluxe room at the St. Regis, Bangkok between October 23rd and the 25th. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff was ever helpful in true Thai tradition. No matter where you are in the hotel, you are always greeted with a warm smile and helpful English speaking personnel. The butler service was exceptional, particularly Toto, who went above and beyond to help us with our requests big and small. Angie helped us identify places of interest, and thereby maximized our visit to Bangkok. The room was tastefully appointed and is modern in style and functional. The bed and pillow were super comfy. There is excellent linkage to the BTS with direct connection to the Rajadamri station from the hotel. And last but, certainly not the least, the breakfast spread is varied and splendid, and is to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St.Regis, and would like to thank each member of your staff for their excellent service.
