Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Location This hotel is in a great location. Great rooms and great attention by staff for any needs. I had a room with a great view of the Royal Sports Club and enjoyed the stay so much. Will definitely come back when I have the chance. January 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Back Again What a great hotel i did not think the service could get much better but it did simply my favorite hotel. What can i say used the spa fantastic not cheap but nothing in life that is very very good is. The breakfast buffet is amazing along with the Italian restaurant is out of this world. As you can see simply love this hotel. Oh yes right on BTS line easy to get to all the great spots. Also forgot used the fitness room and I really need to use the fitness room was fantastic no i don't own shares in this hotel but as you can see just love it. July 19, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by not feeling it This stay was very good but not up to the standered of the Bangkok St Regis. Not much SPG recognition and while leaving going to front desk to settle bill no one asked me to help with bags till I got right to front door this is not like St Regis. I think I have been Spoiled at the other properties from SPG in Bangkok and expect at least the same if not better from this hotel. But having said that this hotel is great valve for what you get location food and beverage right on the BTS line and so on. August 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Did NOT meet expectations this time I usually stay at St Regis when I'm in BKK as the location is good and great Platinum recognition. However, I was very disappointed during my recent stay. For some strange reason the receptionist thought I was a gold member. After informing her that I'm a Platinum, she didn't apologize but instead gave a lame excuse that I was gold in the St Regis database. (Ain't the SPG system all linked? Didnt I stay in this hotel previously?). I requested for a suite upgrade but was promptly informed by her colleague beside that all suites were fully booked. I only realised that suites were still available when I was scrolling the SPG website later that night. Front desk should be better trained and reminded NOT to be dishonest. January 6, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best hotels in Bangkok I have stayed here since it opened at least 4 or 5 times. The rooms are amazing location is one of the best and quite right in the middle of Bangkok. Right on the BTS line straight from the hotel and close to everything shopping Spas and so on. Rated 5 out of 5 by I Love St Regis Bangkok I recently completed my third stay at the St Regis Bangkok. I love the hotel, it's that simple. I would highly recommend that you book the St Regis during low season - when prices are reasonable - so that you can enjoy luxury. The restaurants are all amazing - but very expensive. Worth a treat for sure. I really loved Zuma. The spa is potentially the highest priced spa I've ever been to in Bangkok and I would recommend that you visit another local spa based on price and service. The pool is really amazing. High atop the city you can lounge and relax while being pampered. I loved the couches - they were a great place to relax and read. I will surely be back to the St Regis and I highly recommend it. Rated 5 out of 5 The crown jewel in BKK I LOVE this property! The staff always make me feel at home, and most times get a pretty good upgrade. This is a must stay place while in BKK! October 23, 2012
