Was here on Vacation for 8 wonderful days great service and great food. And also great valve location amazing this hotel is truly 5 stars if I missed anything sorry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BonnHK Breakfast made me feel bored
The room, the facilities and the staff are good, and I am especially happy with a local Thai restaurant recommended by one of the serving staff.
As I like to enjoy breakfast before the activities of the day, the quality and variety of hotel breakfast is important to me. Your hotel provides breakfast buffet that all type of expected food are there. Unluckily, the breakfast is only above average but not exceptional, especially the variety is not enough.
Also, I'd like to see the menu of Jojo restaurant to include some seasonal surprises.
For the price and the St. Regis label, I had high expectation but I was a little bit disappointed.

My room door was not locked when I come back in the night. The housekeeping staffs have forgotten to close the door properly so anyone could have walked in. Also, housekeeping standard has dropped. Day 2, one cup was leaking water and staff forgot to replace mouthwash. Day3, housekeeping forgot to replace my coffee cups. Its a pity as staffs are really friendly and room very comfortable. Unfortunately, nothing can compensate for the security lapse. This is a huge disappointment for such a fine established brand.,

The staff at the restaurant are not generally smiling. Many international channels are not available after midnight. When I spoke to the Butler service officer, her answer was that she did not know. After checking, it was the maintenance of the service provider so that Hotel can't do anything. However, I think Hotel should have more communication with the service provider to avoid the problem. When I checked out, the computer was not working. It is not acceptable that it will happen in a 6 star hotel. As a result, I have to be late for 30 minutes to my meeting. No offer for a free ride to compensate me. Very disappointed.

What a great hotel i did not think the service could get much better but it did simply my favorite hotel. What can i say used the spa fantastic not cheap but nothing in life that is very very good is. The breakfast buffet is amazing along with the Italian restaurant is out of this world. As you can see simply love this hotel.
Oh yes right on BTS line easy to get to all the great spots. Also forgot used the fitness room and I really need to use the fitness room was fantastic no i don't own shares in this hotel but as you can see just love it.

The Bangkok St Regis met every expectation I had. I have previously stayed at the St Regis Osaka in Japan and enjoyed it enormously. But St Regis, Bangkok was even better. The staff were extremely helpful and tried to solve every request I made. Always with success. They were extremely caring and considerate. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This stay was very good but not up to the standered of the Bangkok St Regis. Not much SPG recognition and while leaving going to front desk to settle bill no one asked me to help with bags till I got right to front door this is not like St Regis. I think I have been Spoiled at the other properties from SPG in Bangkok and expect at least the same if not better from this hotel.
But having said that this hotel is great valve for what you get location food and beverage right on the BTS line and so on.

I had a great stay nice upgrade good service response of staff was amazing. This hotel is great valve because of its amazing location pool gym and so on.
