They were extremely gracious, the setting is beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable, and loved the bathroom how it was situated. One of my best stays at St. Regis! Thank you guys!!!

Positive points - excellent evening treats for regular SPGers; canapés and cocktails in the lounge first class. Suite night award availability here as well.
Not so positive - compared to the last visit, staff seemed to be assuming low profile positions - particularly around the swimming pool. I will not be writing home about the St Regis 'butler service' either. Perhaps they were away during my stay.
The front door and concierge team should however be thanked for their hard work and attention to detail.
Tip 1: Consider those curtains. Some bedrooms are closely overlooked by the neighbours
Tip 2: For simple Thai food, with seating outside, try the Feuang Nara restaurant, 69 Soi 3 in the Silom area

Royal, far beyond 5 star!
Very well located with amazing views on the golf club. Direct skywalk access to BTS Ratchadamri, just one stop to Siam.
Superb, high end, luxury designed rooms.
We've been upgraded to the Caroline Astor Suite as a Platinum returning guest.
STAFF / SERVICE: 5/5
Amazing, detailed, well trained staff.
Butler service is amazing.
RESTAURANTS: 5/5 & (VEGETARIAN / VEGAN OPTIONS: 3/5)
Fancy, very tasty high end cuisine.
Breakfast buffet is good, good selection of food.
SPA / FITNESS: 5/5
Very nice, well equipped gym. The Spa is superb, with an oversize sauna and a huge steam room.
SPG RECOGNITION: 5/5
Platinum at its best. Nice Suite upgrades and a lovely wine hour for Platinum's.

For sure the most expansive Starwood property in Bangkok, but by far the highest level of service and the best value for money.

First visit to BKK so decided to stay at 5-star hotel.
Very pleasant stay and staff are very charming and received a lots of courtesy. However, only I would like ST Regis BKK to improve the service is check-out. Only 1 staff was accomodated for check-out and there was 5 or 6 ppl waited for. We had a time to wait but I am sure some of the guests needs to leave as soon as possible. Just to make sure that you should all know the check out time for everyone and track the record, stand by the staff etc.
English also needs to improve, too.
Overall I had a great time and stay and be back when I go to BKK next time as my husband has a business in there.
Oops, pool should keep some suntan oil as when we asked for, staff said already out and did not intend to offer or buy the oil for guest. Normally hotel should have this, and St regis is 5star hotel...:(

The hotel is fabulous. Great rooms, fantastic staff and the food and restaurants are wonderful (although a little expensive). The day spa is nice but very, very expensive and I didn't think the treatment was worth paying double what I do back home.

This hotel is exceptional. We stayed on three different occasions during July and the staff in particular were a stand out. Each visit, they were so attentive, incredibly professional and attentive and the level of excellence was consistent each time.
The breakfast buffet is one of the largest I've seen. The gym small but still good and the hotel is located close to the BTS and transport. I would definitely stay at this property again. Loved it!

A total refreshing change from service atrocious at the Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi Hotel to a superbly efficient, kind & extremely understanding staffs at The St. Regis Bangkok! Please forward my appreciations to Butler Ekkarach (White) for his caring, timely & kind assistance in almost everything, Asst. Mgr Kaewfah for her patience & kind understanding. These 2 outstanding individuals are definitely an asset to the 5 star hospitality industry!
The Italian Restaurant JoJo is another establishment which has won me over with their excellent True Italian Pizza & Chef Stafano is God's Gift to Mankind when he prepared my Italian T bone steak for me!!
Now I wouldn't have to travel to Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi for my dinners anymore!

The hotel has tasteful overall look and ambience from lobby to room. Overall comfort and design of room is excellent with good additional items provided such as pillows, toiletries and other amenities. Great accessibility to the BTS as it is a sheltered and direct connection to the hotel.
